I prefer Panasonic for portable phones and am usually very happy with them. These however seem like bottom line. The buttons are very small and harder to find the right one when dialing or selecting a feature etc. Also the volume doesn’t get as loud as I would like on handset or when using as speakerphone. If I had realized the shortfalls I would have chosen another Panasonic model or another brand although I think Panasonic until now made the best portable phones. The one saving grace is the price was low so I can’t complain about that.

I have used similar models of this phone for years. This one does not have the talking caller ID announcement, which is disappointing. I'm not impressed with the buttons either... they are smaller than other previous models.

My Panasonic phones work fine. However, imagine my utter surprise when I couldn't program a voice message for voice mails. Then... Imagine my shock - then anger - when calling Panasonic Customer Service to find out my particular phone does NOT possess the ability to record an outgoing VM because it does NOT take messages!!! You can now imagine how angry I was, because the packaging is now recycled, so I can't return their phone to Best Buy. How can Panasonic actually manufacture a phone WITHOUT VM...??? So, to you, Best Buy... Please do NOT sell this particular phone. Its packaging is misleading, and this lack of feature is very aggravating.

Phone isn’t easy to use. My previous phone answered the call when the phone gets picked up not not this one. It takes three steps to get to the phone book. I’m still giving this one a try but the reception may be weak. I was cut off several times

On average not bad for landline. Easy to use,such as setting time and erasing old messages.

Maybe due to low price, it lack features. I bought this and kept at my office the battery life is Pretty good, but it doesn’t have loadspeaker in it

I live in an unincorporated area where there is minimal reception on my cell phone. Decided to take advantage of the voice over IP offered by my cable company. Got this phone and I can get calls. Reception is intermittantly clear and not so much.

Ok phone nothing special about it the volume could be louder on headset and speaker phone. It's for my elderly mother who is 81 and requires a lan line for emergencies. It does the job.

the second phone base is too light and falls out of cradle easily. Also it is difficult to figure out how to set up when you have satillite service in a rural area.

We have a land line as a part of a package and we needed new phones. These do the trick sounds quality is good. The buttons are a little awkward and I seem to press the # instead of the 9 but tha is user error.

No allowance or extra bracket for wall mount. had to return and buy a system with an answering machine which I don't use.

They lose signal and breakup when talking. The sound is good when the signal isn't lost.

They’re cool, they do what they’re supposed to do. They are kinda cheap though. The sound isn’t that great and the speaker is low. It’s a very basic phone. I’m getting a better quality set soon but this is ok for now.

This phone ringtone is very low when volume is at max. Also time on phone is not stabilized.

Just what I needed and reasonably priced. Easy setup and I would recommend this item to anyone.

It will have to do. The Intercom button is right below the zero, if you don't pay attention you will hit that instead of the zero. Also, the volume is horrible when you have it on speaker. The point of having the speaker on is so others can hear too. If you have trouble hearing, like I do, this may not work for you.

The back ground light should be different can't really see the number and the ring tone wish I could use a different ring tone for a different number when they call.

I love panasonic. These are great! The only thing I don't like is the ringer volume isn't that loud.

What I like about the phone is that it allows me to block numbers when i receive spam calls. However, it only allows me to block up to a certain amount.
