Faultless Cordless

Best Buy vs Amazon

Seems to work all right. Not too expensive. Pretty similar to the one we have had for the past 15-20 years. Did not have in the store, had order it online. People at the store did not seem to know much about it. Hard to beat Amazon with this kind of service. I like Best Buy, have for years. But they need more "experts" if they are going to compete with Amazon.

My only complaint is that I cannot figure out a way to delete voicemail messages from any of the handsets; it can only be done from the base unit.

Message quality is poor

We first tried an AT&T phone which was nice but didn’t announce incoming calls. So we then tried this Panasonic phone which had similar functionality to our last phones and was easy to set up. However, the quality of the messages left on the answering machine is poor. It is very crackly and difficult to understand. We are trying to decide whether or not to return as we like everything else about this system.

A hit with my 86 yr old Pop!

They are easy to use, he can block spam callers, he now uses speakerphone and can multitask (he's hilarious) and we both know that Panasonic is a name and product you can trust. He also says they are comfortable and not clunky! Great price too. Quality with a great warranty.
