Very easy setup and transition from our old phone system. I know that most people don't use home phone systems any more, but it is essential to us to have a reliable system.

I've only owned this phone set one week. However it has performed flawlessly with very good battery life, call volume, & clarity. It is feature rich as specified and additionally has Eco mode to further preserve battery. This was once an option on Panasonics that you turned on or off but apparently it is on by default when possible. My only complaint is the appearance of this phone system. It is not horrible but I would much prefer solid white or ideally solid black and could only find those in 3-phone sets. Also what appears and is called "rose gold" in reality is simply gold. There is no rose or pinkish hue to it at all.

I changed from a different brand but I like my new Panasonic set. Still getting use to some fear but pleased with my new set so far.

Looks great, good sound quality and very easy to setup in less then 10 minutes. My 82 year old Mom finds it very easy to see the numbers and use.

Bar none, the best phones I've ever used at home. Sound quality, size and weight all excellent. I should know phones: I worked for a telecom company for a decade.

I gave this phone set 3 stars as it can't keep correct time. It's such a small issue, I didn't bother to return the set--I really don't use my home phone for checking the time, anyway. However, just because my opinion is that it is a "small" issue, that doesn't negate the fact that there is a problem with their phones or the software that runs them. The user sets the time (meaning me), not the whatever phone service your use (AT&T, Comcast, etc.). If If you really need your phone to keep an accurate time, buy something else. This one loses at least 5 minutes a day, and someone would have to constantly reset the time on the phone if it is critical to their use of the phone system. At first, I thought maybe it was a power outage issue, but, that is not the issue. It's been over a month now, and the phone is still losing time. All of the other features (at least those that I use) seem to work just fine, like my older Panasonic phone system did. Maybe it's just a one-off and only my phone system has issues. But, I think it is important to warn others of any potential problems before they buy. Plus, a person may not really pay that much attention and they may discover that their phone has faulty "timing" after the return window closes, and that would not be good at all.

I was able to easily search online for the item I wanted. I went into the store location two see it personally and checkout was a breeze. Store rep offered me help to ensure I was getting my questions answered. Used my BB card and was on my way in less than 15 min. Excellent service and experience.

This is a very good phone, but I decided to exchange it for another Panasonic phone that takes a wired headset plus has one more handset (5 total) This one only uses Bluetooth headsets. If you prefer Bluetooth, then this phone will suit your needs.

It dose what it's supossed to do. It's easy to see and read. But the speaker for messages is not as crisp as it should be. Otherwise this is a very good system. I've had Panasonic before but sombody in this house hold had thrown in a V-tek in to the mix and it was not up to the stanards of Panasonic. So I revamped everything back to Panasonic and eveything is back to good and functional

Excellent sound and convenience. This is my third set of Panasonic cordless phone system I have purchased and the best generation yet. Cost and quality is what mattered for my buying this as well and knowing the brand.

Phones are good, a little low on the volume even at the highest range. Also, it does not have a clip like the other model did. It was just convenient :) Other than that, they have worked good so far.

Bought this for my 80 year old mom who was receiving constant robo calls. This phone is amazing! Stops all robo calls with one ring. Has an instant one touch button to add numbers to the blocked list. Easy to set up and my mom loves the peach and quiet since she’s not getting these calls anymore.

Works well. Numbers are large and easy to use. Has lots of features.
