Almost 4 years and still working good. No issue since the past day

This mini tower PC is packed with great CPU, enough memory and 2TB of hard drive. Great for daily use, runs windows smoothly. Definitely need a dedicated graphic card for intensive gaming.

I noticed this particular computer immediately in an email ad from Best Buy black Friday ad. I had been suggesting to a friend for the last 6 months that she needed an I-7 HP Pavilion to process all of her photos and movies so I sent her an email to alert her to this particular machine. I then bought one for myself. It is not a gamers machine as it would need a good video card as a minimum and only 1 available slot that I can see but it has a 2 TB hard drive and 12 GB of memory. The cpu is an I7-6700T which has a slower clock speed than some other I7's but it runs cooler and should last longer, and it already has a fan directly attached to the cpu cooling framework. The fan is barely running so this computer is decently quiet. This computer cpu has a Passmark score of about 9000 which is just below the speed of other I7 cpu's that are clocked at up to 3.4mhz but run hotter and they get Passmark speeds of 11,000. Heat is not the friend of electric parts by the way. There are 4 USB ports which I take to be 2.0 and 2 other USB ports that are marked SS which I understand to be 3.0 USB ports and are much faster which is better for data transfer if you have a 3.0 USB piece of equipment to get data to and/or from. I have seen a noticeable increase in speed of internet data that I browse to be sub 1 second response in many cases. I do know that I have about 95mbps internet connection so this computer/cpu is definitely up to the task. I will not need to upgrade for a decade as this machine is blazingly fast at this time and won't be surpassed by many other computers for a long long time. By the way my friend also bought the same computer on my recommendation.

Great deal on an i7 Desktop. Very easy setup and transfer from old PC. I read reviews and some said it was a noisy machine, not so, mine is very quiet. It is very responsive and all the issues I was experiencing with Windows 10 on my 4 year old PC are gone. So far not an issue with this one. Quick boot up and fast response times. Great deal for the money. NOTE: I am not a gamer, use is for normal applications and for that it works great.

I had been watching for this computer with 1Tb to go on sale..so I can't say how pleased I was to get this computer on sale and with 2Tb instead of 1. It was very easy to setup out of box and is very fast to work with. I'm actually hitting the 100mb and more that my cable company is charging me for. It's not considered a compact computer but it is not bulky or unsightly. Overall great value for more than what I was looking for.

1. Still bulky case design, though most of the internal space are just empty. Not necessary to be so bulky. 2. Noisy, Noisy and Noisy! Specifically, the noisy case fan. I guess half of the noise is caused by the humming from the thin and slim case back. The back case right after case fan keeps humming all the time. I need attach a small weigh on the case back to reduce the humming. It is really annoy if you are working at a quite night. 3. Graphic performance is ridiculous low. Thought it is low for integrated GPU, but not expected it is such low. 4. The DVD driver are just the same slim model used in laptop. Not sure how long it can last. 5. Misleading Bestbuy specification. It is listed the computer has two HDMI outputs, but there is actually just one. You cannot hook up two 1080p monitors as expected. Luckily that I don't plan to hook up two yet. So please lower your expectation and just treat it is a very low-end i7 computer.

This was purchased to replace an old gateway computer. This is small enough to set up on top of the desk. It has plenty of storage. It set up easily and I am excited about using it. This was purchased at an excellent price on Black Friday. It was just set up so cannot speak to how well it works yet.

I am not a computer whiz by any means and my old computer was not functioning well. When I decided to purchase a new computer I began researching the computers that offered what I wanted and needed. This computer offered more than I needed, but at a very good price. The guy who usually worked on my old computer also builds computers and told me he could not build one with all these features for the price. I did have him set the computer up for me, though. The main thing I miss is not having a booklet to explain how to navigate the new computer. This computer is faster and more complicated than my last one and I have had a hard time figuring out how to do simple things on it. That is not the computers fault, but mine, which could be reduced if HP had a booklet included with the computer. Overall, I'm very happy with this computer.

Purchased this computer as a replacement for my old tower that had a bad hard drive. So far so good....Not experiencing the loudness that other reviewers complained about. Tower a little bulky but runs quietly and smoothly. Great price for a i7 tower with lots of RAM and storage space. Very happy with my purchase and the assistance received by Eric at my local Best Buy store in Willow Grove, PA

I purchased two of these around black friday for my kids school work. Really good deal for Intel i7-6700, 1tb, 12gb ram and so on. These units are also pretty small compared to the usual mid-tower. Highly recommended!

I agree with people on the fan noise, it did not initially start that way, however after having for a few months now I can hear it upon start up and it is rather annoying. That being said it does not prevent me from going to sleep and I don't think it would wake up your child if they were in the same room. As far as the computer, it is an excellent computer and I would recommend this to anyone who needs a computer for school or college. It is not a gaming computer and will not support Fallout 4 or similar games but to browse online, check e-mails, do homework or other tasks it is appropriate and definitely powerful enough to do spreadsheets and other data. I'd still recommend this computer.

I was a little concerned about fan noise after reading some of the early reviews. My tower is sitting on a hardwood floor and I can barely hear the fan. Maybe some of the early models were noisy - mine is not. Computer is fast, not much bloatware. Got this on sale and I'm very happy with it. Doesn't have a light for the hard drive - a minor flaw.

I was reluctant to purchase a hp computer. Made an exception because it was so much computer for the money. This one has everything, i7, big drive and lots of memory. Does NOT slow down.

For the price you can't beat this computer's specs. Lots of memory 12GB and lots of space 2TB. The desktop run flawlessly and fast. It has been a wonderful buy for me.

This HP computer is fast, has tons of memory and storage. My kids use it for gaming and it keeps up with all their games with no lag time. Excelllent computer!!

This desktop does everything I have asked. Gaming great. Running the apps very well. Wireless works great. The speed is very good. Plenty of strorage.

I needed to upgrade and I've had excellent luck with HP desktops. This one is fast, and I've had no issues. If I could change one thing it would be the wired keyboard and mouse that comes with. I have excellent wireless keyboards on other devices and as soon as I get my desk reconfigured, I will be changing out the keyboard on this desktop. But otherwise, close to perfection. Note: I'm not a gamer, but I work with multiple devices and way too many tabs and projects going on at the same time. I needed RAM more than hard drive storage.
