For 200 dollars a controller that cant last past about 6 months isnt worth it. Ive had 3. They're great initially but as someone who plays games competitively (in person tournaments), its not worth it.

Amazing controller for the price I highly recommend

Zero stars for Best Buy. There I was, buying this controller without a warrenty because I knew I would let nothing happen to it, when the cashier asks me if i would want the warrenty and continues to explain that with it, I can bring it in in any condition if I wanted to swap for a new one. I belived her, bought it with warranty, and came back before it expired (still being in perfect condition may I add) to grab a fresh one. I had explained my warrenty to the cashier that new day and was about to get a fresh controller until he calls his manager over to verify. Thats when they tell me that isnt how the warrenty works and they wont do anything further. I argued with them about how i was lied to and the best they came up with was refunding my warrenty for like $8 back. Their reason was due to it not being faulty or damaged. They are lucky that I had decided against keeping the warrenty and brought that thing out for a spin in the parking lot before showing them that it could have easily been damaged. Pretty scummy of a massive business to care do something this pathetic.

Product worked perfectly! It was easy to use for my PC. I love the flexibility for consoles too. Ideal for long gaming use and the extra back buttons are customizable. Would buy again.

Love the controller! Very responsive to game play, I feel like I have an advantage in game play.

It's a really nice controller; I didn't realize that it would work on all my devices: PS4, PS5, and computer. I love the look and the weight of the controller. It works great and all the controller functions are awesome

Victus has definitely set themselves up for success with this controller. The added buttons, the hybrid connectivity options, and the adjustable trigger mechanism are such amazing functions. They just aren’t to an ideal state just yet. There are not issues with stick drift yet and none of the buttons have any input issues. Unfortunately, the controller can no longer communicate data through the USB-C port any longer. It still works wirelessly but it can not connect to a computer for the necessary updates without the hardwired port working. A couple of improvements I would make. 1. Remove the physical buttons for trigger adjustment and make those changes electronic in the application. The adjustment actuators could be set virtually preventing the adjustment button from being hit while playing and causing the adjustments to go away. 2. Create a more skeleton like shell that allows for a more breathable and potentially more customizability.

I believe this item is top of the line it’s very good on first person shooter games it gives you a very great fire rate and allows the user fast reaction timing that can help in a multitude of ways within gaming

The feeling is great, feels really premium at the hand, the joystick and interchangeable buttons make it a better experience for each player and their preferences

Simply put it just doesn't live up to the high price tag, I use this as my preferred pad for any shooters but thats about it. I don't play any fighting games, so half the features are lost on me and anyone else that doesn't play them. I feel this would have made a much better and more enticing product if it was sold standalone for $120 with the case and sticks, and you could buy the fightpad module separate. I didn't have any issue with the build quality like some, the triggers though sound hollow and cheap, and the mechanism for trigger locks is quite frankly stupid and overly complicated. Unfortunately at its price it just lives in the shadow of the dualsense edge for just a little more, as just about every defining feature of the PS5 controller is cut out of this, meaning for games designed around the dualsense features you may need to keep one handy to swap to which really makes the edge the more enticing option as no cuts or compromises are made on the first party option

Great for gaming feels good and comfortable for long sessions

This is the best gaming controller you can buy. I got it for the back pedals and the size is amazing. It's not heavy either so it's not going to get your hands sore or sweaty.

Love this controller, light weight and easy to mod. I use this for almost every game.

Good controller. Bad app/customer service. A bit too small for my hands but that is not a flaw. Would be good for someone that prefers smaller controllers/has smaller hands.

Great controlles gives me the ability to move better in the game and helpful with the back buttons too very easy to use.
