    Much more responsive using Alexa compared to Wink products. Wink hub had stopped responding and company’s response to troubleshooting question was that they no longer backed the model I had bought and my recourse was to buy a new one. Which I did, but made by Phillips. Quality is superior to Wink in all aspects.
