Good set up easy. Some light fixtures will cause them to not turn in anymore even though they show up in the wifi.

Great starter kit for having the ability to turn lights on using your phone. Easy set up for phone app too.

Good starter kit for starting a WiFi enabled light system in home. If you’re looking for colors though you need to move up to the next level. You can still add additional lights color/themes/dimmed. They have quite a few options available and they are Alexa compatible.

Easy to set up and easy to use! The hue app is a little clunky but should get better over time.

I was looking to replace a remote light switch for a light in the house not near the outlet connected to the wall switch. I found a deal for the Hue Starter Kit and the Amazon Echo Dot and decided to give it a try. Love it! The lighting is great and the fact that it makes any lamp a dimmable lamp is amazing!

Love these lights. Bought them to use with my Alexa and now I never have to touch the lightswitch again

The bulbs are easy to use. Verbal command is straightforward too. But brightness can be improved.

Some years ago I bought one of them Wi-Fi outlets to use on a couple lamps from another big box store, well when I changed my Wi-Fi router they stopped working so I got these to try out and they worked better than the outlets and I now have more room to access my other outlets for my lamps

I started with this kit and liked it very much at first, but did not like the fact that 60W equivalent is the brightest they offer. I was not a big fan of having a separate bridge to connect them. I emailed Pjilips and they have nothing brighter on the horizon. I have since tried another Best Buy brand bulb that I love much better that is 75W equivalent and needs no bridges.

Nice little starter kit. Did the front porch light, dining room, & family room. Works great when your out late, & oh!, forgot to turn on a light, or wanna light turned on before you walk in the door, late at night. Nice piece of automation!

Just love this item. No more entering a dark house or room. Lights can be turned on as you enter with just your voice. Bought them for my bed bound sister and it has given her some independence again. She doesn't have to wait in a dark room until her care giver arrives

Purchased this after doing reviews on various sites and contacting Phillips. This was found to be the cheapest place for purchase, including over Amazon so I purchased it. It works exactly as expected. Hopefully I'll save money on energy costs and not having to replace bulbs for a few years.

The Phillips Hue system is a little more expensive than some of the other smart lighting systems but make up for this in the intelligence of the system. With an open api for developers there are many apps for manipulating the lights in hundreds of ways. Music, video, themes, etc. These is great!

I bought this because I'm always coming home after sunset or traveling. I like how I can put a timer on when the lights turn on and off, and how I can control the lights from anywhere on my phone. I never come home to a dark house anymore but I still need to buy more bulbs to make my house complete!

I've been considering these lights for awhile. It was important for me to have a Best Buy associate that had real-life experience with these. I did and his advice was great and got me going. Love having lights that automatically turn on and off at certain times and can be controlled via Siri.
