These lights are excellent. The light strip is very bright.

Installing a set of four on light bars pointed at kitchen backsplash. Have not installed them yet but that part is real easy. Hiding wires and plug means installing more electrical. Also, not fond of internet operation only lights. Cannot operate if internet service goes down. Would have preferred to hard wire these but that is not possible. Otherwise I expect these lights to be very cool.

Pretty cool thing to add to my Google Home/Amazon Echo set up. I have the 1st gen as well. I think these light up a little bit brighter, but not a huge difference in my opinion. The Philips Hue app works very will and is very snappy when changing colors and brightness. My only minor gripe but I'm not %100 sure yet if it is the case but I notice when I leave the light strip on for a longer period of time, my room seems to be a bit hotter. I don't recall this happening prior to not having them. I have ac running in my house, and I have a rather small room. Recently I stepped out of my room and noticed my room was much hotter than the entire household. Perhaps I'll have to check my room to make sure my vents isn't clogged.. so take that negative with a grain of salt.

Difficult to shape lightstrip around bends or corners, and the adhesive is not very good. Recommend sticking the lightstrip using 3M command adhesive, especially if the surface being stuck to, is porous, like wood. Overall, works very well. The light spectrum seems good, and gives off a good amount of light at 100% brightness.

easy setup on app and google home and very adjustable with colors and brightness levels. i have 2 strips different colors behind my tv and makes for a really nice and different atmosphere for watching movies of the Seahawks.

This light strip is pretty cool and I haven’t even used more than a few color choices. I placed the light strip under my counter bar area and it really creates great mood lighting. It was easy to install and so far I haven’t had any problems with strip staying put! Only 4 stars because it is a little pricey.
