I have used previous versions of Pinnacle Studios. I do like the layout and built in transitions of this program. What this program does that my older versions didn't do was to offer multi-track layering. This opened the door to do some elaborate editing for my videos. I did find the learning curve to be steeper than the previous versions. However, this did not discourage me from using this program. I would recommend having a better graphics card on your computer if you are editing 1080p and up videos.

Great product, I using the product to edit videos and produce CD and DVD

I purchased this because I take video using 2 and sometimes 3 cameras. It makes the job of dovetailing the different angles so much easier than the program I was using before. Although I am just starting to use this I am very pleased with how this works. It takes a bit of learning but it is not as hard as some of the others I have tried. For the price you pay you get a very good product.

I have been using previous versions of Pinnacle Studio. It just keeps getting better. I love that I can now edit images from multiple camera shoots with different angles at the same time and that I can add multiple PIP frames. I have tried Premiere Elements video editing software, but for me, it does not compare with how user-friendly Studio is.

Easy to use editor, lot's of Youtube tutorials. Upgraded to newer version 21

I went from version 14 to 20 Plus so that I could get more features. Many of the easy access effects and pre-loaded type were now buried in long and sometimes hard to find sub menus. Color correction, for instance, was comparatively simple in 14, but in 20 is much more complicated due to preset variations that, like many other features, try to make decisions for you. If you have the time and patience to make notes to remind you where things are in the many menus, this is a decent editing software. If you were use to an older version, as I was, be prepared to reprogram your head when working with this product. Many of the old terms have changed and importing your original material from which to create a new project is much more complicated than 14. I'm slowly leaning the new order of things with 20 Plus, but when pressing projects come up, I fall back on 14. Would I recommend this to a friend? Only someone with a lot of interest in video editing and a lot of patience.

Great product, very comparable to Final Cut Pro. A little easier to use. Stock soundtracks are okay! Recommend to buy this if you are serious about film editing.

My husband had an earlier version that worked on Windows 7 just barely because it was so old. Got this for the Windows 10 upgrade and it is working fine.

I fly a drone and I shoot video in 4K I need software that will do the edit that I need to I can submit it on u-tube this does everything I need I love it.

Any program that offers the sophistication this program does is going to have a learning curve but Pinnacle has done what it can to make the process easy to digest and grow with. I am happy with the product and will enjoy growing in confidence and project difficulty simultaneously.

This program is very heavy you need maybe a single computer to use it. Excellent program.

As usual prior to purchasing this item, checked other sites, Best Buy's price could not be matched.....great deal and intend to purchase at Best Buy again and again! In fact, just did again!

I have used Pinnacle for over 15 years, and it was time for me to upgrade to a newer version. This product is a great video editing program.

Being a fan of Pinnacle, it was a no brainer to update this program when purchase Win10. Had difficulty installing it over previous one but customer support helped.

If you are just a beginner or someone that just puts together quick family videos this is the software to have. User friendly and not complicated to learn how to use.

Have been using this program for years - easy to use. Was waiting for the tracking/highlight feature for sports upgrade, finally got it. Yay!
