My review is for service not radio. I purchased an open box item that was listed as excellent, when I received it had a deep scratch on the face and missing installation parts. I called customer service and they suggested to go my local BestBuy. I went to the Yuma, AZ one and they couldn't replace the missing parts WITHOUT CHARGING ME EXTRA??. but tried to give me a refund. I asked for an exchange but they wouldn't match the price so I would have to pay 40 extra. They messed up my receipt during the process so I had to recheck out again for a new receipt for the same item. I called customer service again at home, but they were unable to help because of the new receipt. They suggested to talk to the store manger since the whole ordeal with receipt. I didn't want waste anymore of my time or gas with this poor service at YUMA AZ

This is my daughters 3rd car and i have bought this stereo for all 3 cars. It has everything she needs and sounds great! The price is good as well. Over all great product for a great price.

Having a CD player that works and being able to connect my iPod is exactly what I needed in my truck. Music is important to me and the radio is just not enough.

Stock radio quit working and had to replace with new radio...this radio worked perfect

This receiver works great. I bought it to replace an old Sony receiver that died in my car and after doing a little rewiring it was all set. Works really well and the ipod support is nice.

Not much to say... I just needed a decent cd player that also had Ipod hook up ability and this worked out good. Again, not the best out there but not the worst. It plays good and I have had no problems with it.

Great aftermarket radio that would look good in any car. It has the ability to play pandora off of your phone and you can change songs and stations through the radio controls.

I found this a wonderful addition to my equipment. Thanks for asking me to review. I love all I have gotten at Best Buy. I wish I could buy more

It takes awhile to know how to operate it and how thing work. but it gets better the more I use it

Got to put in vehicle for our son and is working great with both his iPod and Android phone.

We got this for my son's truck. He really enjoys that he can hook his iPod up to it.

Love the radio and speakers a lot. Radio hooks up to Bluetooth which is awesome :)
