It’s great to be able to talk hands free without being interrupted when working with my hands. I also use it as a means to listen to my music while working. The only drawback that I have with this product is it makes my ear hurt their should be a more comfortable piece to go behind the ear.

This is a Great bluetooth and easy to operate.

I replaced it with one given to me, and then another that was easily accessible, but neither one was as easy to operate as the one I purchased at Best Buy. It is easy to adjust the on/off, without calling someone accidently, and it seemed to fit and stay in my ear more comfortably.

The only negative I have is that it fits a little loose in my ear. It works well and the clarity is great. As an added bonus, it was on sale.

The silicone earpieces just don't hold up. Decent battery life at (projected) 7 hours. I'm on the phone a lot so battery life could be longer. Decent product for the money.
