Start off with sound quality... needs more bass... that being said, very crystal clear audio input and has decent bass... just not enough that you can feel it, has 40mm speaker, 50mm would probably give it the edge it needs for you to "Feel" the sound. Perfect for gaming. The surround is pretty phenomenal. Great for multiplayer. Microphone, is a little weak, definitely needs boosted in Windows for people to hear you clearly, but audio picks up well after being boosted. Not the most comfortable headphones ever, but they sit nicely with little to no movement, very durable. **THESE ARE NOT USB! Do not get that confused, these are 3.5mm headphone/mic dual port jack. Overall, very much worth $29! PS... don't waste your money on "Beats by Dr. Dre".... Tried out a friends... they're not even as good as "Skull Candy" with the exception of pretty plastic. Get your moneys worth, get BOSE.... Unless you're rich and hate money.

I was a bit apprehensive when I bought this cheap headset with all the pricier, fancier options out there for my gaming needs, but I'm more than satisfied with this purchase. In fact, I actually prefer it over the Logitech bluetooth I had previously. My old headset was constantly running out of power, too easy to forget to turn off after use, and even when I did remember to turn them off, they didn't hold a charge very long. Then it developed a problem with the connection, and I couldn't use it at all. This has a long enough wire that I don't need to worry about distance, and even if it's too long, it's easy to tie a loop to shorten it. It's also durable, had clear sound, and the microphone works quite well. Definitely recommend to buy for a simple plug-and-play.

I bought these headphones for my 9 yr old son, who likes to play games on PC. I didn't want to get him some cheap, easy to break, won't last long headphones. And he's not mature enough for any kind of headphones that are more than $50, so I researched & considered these. The Price was perfect. The ear cups are small enough to fit over his ears & don't hurt him. The mic works with no problem & he is satisfied with how they sound. They are still working & he hasn't complained yet. The only con is, they're plug & play, but they don't use a USB port. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice. These are perfect PC gaming starter headphones.

My previous headset had a mike jack which was not a tight fit to the computer port, so this randomly created a screeching in the TeamSpeak. This new mike has eliminated that problem. Sound is good. The only drawback to this headset is that by the end of an op my ears hurt a little from the fit. Easily mitigated by removing headset periodically during long ops.

The headset is very comfortable for prolonged use. The only problem is the cord can get damaged easily. The sound persists. The microphone gets static feedback after about a year of constant use because my chair keeps rolling over the super long cable. If you take good care of it, it should last you a while.

I got this headset for a great deal, on sale, and used my rewards, awesome BestBuy, keep up the good work with keeping true to your name by having the best buy. I love the soft felt/cloth ear cushions (not that fake leather/plastic u often find as a outer lining, and it starts to come off and stick on your ears, I hate that) and the deep bass sound and crisp clear audio. Microphone stow away is a nice feature, but haven't had need to use the Mic Mute switch feature because I do online gaming that requires to hit a key on the keyboard to talk. In line volume control is nice too. Wires hang to one side (left) and don't get in the way, at least for me. I tie up any access length with a twist tie, I used from the packaging, works great. Build quality of headset is sturdy for every day use, keep in mind, I'm an adult, and it doesn't get sat on or thrown around, otherwise plastic construction seems solid. Only one slight complain I have, I don't have a big head, so I don't have the adjustment extended on the headset. If I wear the headset for a long period, around 3 hours or so, the pressure on my ears starts to bother me, the cushions don't go around the ears, so the headset sit on them, and seems to be a tight fit. I could imagine it being a tighter fit if use extend the adjustments for head fit. I also like the top of the head cushion too for comfort. I give it a 3 out 5 for average for comfort. Sound quality a 5, due to being at a low value price, I am sure it doesn't compare to Dre Beats, but its great and more than what I expected for a gaming headset, I enjoy listening to music on them while I am gaming because of the great sound quality. The microphone works good, according to my online gamer contacts, and doing a self test. I gave it a 4 star overall, due to the tightness of fit, but definitely recommend to buy if you don't want to spend over $30. Cheaper if you use rewards.

Our second purchase of this item. Others in same to lower price range have broken in a few months, but these lasted more than a year (almost two) with daily use. Decent sound quality for the price.

I bought these gaming headphones for my son to replace a set he had had for several years. He accidentally pulled some wires loose when he got the cord tangled in his chair; otherwise, he would STILL be using the original headphones. When we went to Best Buy to look for replacements, he was extremely happy to find the same headphones. He says they are the best headphones he has ever used for gaming, and they are not very expensive. All in all, a great buy!

I am very impressed with the style and function of this headset. The wear is comfortable and supportive. The sound quality is great for both audio and microphone.

I bought this gaming headset for my 16 yr old grandson because he spends so much time on his table or computer. He says it is comfortable to wear for long periods of time and it blanks out any outside noises. This must be true because he has it on a lot of the time when he is over at my house. I trust Plantronics and the price was great.

I work from home where I use my headset attached to my computer and I use Lync to call. I love them. I have a bigger head and find them comfortable. I didn't want to spend a lot of money but wanted something that would work great. This is it. I listen to my music in between calls too and the sound is a lot better then I thought it was going to be. Very clear with a small amount of bass. I would recommend for a cheap gamer set and everything work related.

These are a great starter pair of headphones for gaming or any application. The sound is great and I'm able to have it at a comfortable volume without using the in line volume control. The mic could be a bit longer so it's placement would be a little closer to the center of your mouth. I have to have the volume of the mic up 100% for my friends to hear me. Making the mic longer or better quality would improve this. Overall well worth the $20 I spent.

I was looking for an inexpensive headset to use for online PC gaming. So far I have had no sound quality issues, it seems durable and is comfortable to wear for hours, and the mic sound is very clear. The earpads may be small for some but it does not bother me. For the price I got a terrific value :)

This is a fairly cheap full size headset. The sound is good from the mic and through the headset. The mic switch and volume control started to fall apart on mine after a few months. The mic mute slide switch still works but the volume wheel is junk. The small plastic body they are build into is falling apart at its seam. It's still very useful for the money

Decent quality sound. It's a little iffy with the extra connection for the adapter for your phone.

Good mic clear and not much backround noise. Lightweight.

This headset is the right price, size, & level for my 10 year old son. The only con is they are not USB. They fit perfectly over his ears & he hasn't complained yet. He's not ready for a pair over $50 dollars, but I did not want to get him a cheap pair that would break. This was the Best Buy for me.

I was looking for a headset for use in Second Life primarily. This headset meets my requirements and then some. First, they are comfortable to wear, These are lightweight, soft in all the right places and flexible to boot. Second, the microphone's sound quality is good, which has been a problem with other headsets I have tried. Third, The sound quality of the headphones are above expectations. Fourth, the price was reasonable. I've had them a couple of month's and have no complaint. The inline volume and microphone cut off is awkward to use, so I rarely use them. I recommend them.
