The cable performs as good as the apple sync/cable.

I was hoping that the cord wouldn't fall apart due to having the woven material around the cord... I was wrong. The woven material came away from the lightening connector that goes into the phone and the wires are beginning to show. Not worth the price. Keep in mind, it started falling apart in less than a month.

....with this cable. It makes the second cable I've purchased for my daughter's phone, after the supplied cable broke. I know they are not made to last forever but I'd like to get a year out of them. I bought this one with high hopes as it is braided....it should last longer, right? The verdict is still out on longevity but the extra length is great and it performs as needed.

Works well, sturdy and looks nice. Long cable is great.

I was looking for a cable that was flexible strong and would hold up in colder weather. A lot of other cords are hard and seem to get even harder in the colder weather and I was planning on keeping this in my vehicle. So far it is works great and the five foot lengths is especially good in the car.

I have a few of these cables that I have purchased for different things, but the main reason I got them was for the lifetime warranty on the cable. Had one that my wife was using and she ended up wearing out the end that goes into the phone to where it was an intermittent connection. Granted this cable did last a lot longer than any other cable I have purchased her, she is very bad with wearing out cables quickly. Took the cable into the store, took her less than 5 minutes to look up my receipt and since none were in stock at the local store she ordered a replacement and had it shipped to the house. Will definitely continue to use the Best Buy Platinum brand cables.

The wimpy 3' and 4' cables that come with phones and pads are rarely sufficient for how I work with my devices when plugged in. These lightning to USB cables meet my needs, and they're flexible, attractive, and seem to be sturdy enough.

First time with this brand but previous woven fabric cable owner. I personally feel it's more durable than the traditional material that tends to tear away at the connector housing after frequent bending and use. I have yet to have to replace previous ones, with this material, due to this issue rather they were "borrowed" and never returned or quit working with my devices. This particular manufacturer has made the lightening plug smaller so as to fit with any style of iPhone/iPad case. Some do not take that into consideration and one is left having to either remove their case just to charge or return it for something else. I feel this is more rugged and will take a beating longer and better than other materials and brands. Definitely enjoying this cable and confident it will last a great while!

bought this specifically to keep in my truck...it's cable design (threaded cord) provides strength & durability, and I love the 5' length so it reaches the back seat of my quad cab.

Have purchased quite a few of these particular cords. They last longer than the OEMs. Braid is sturdy and the length is long, helps with not causing damage.

This charger works great, the length allows for a lot more options on where I can charge my phone and durability is much better than the regular Iphone Charger.

No issues at all with errors like some other power cords. Great product and length of cable a plus for those that need extended coverage while charging your device.

It looks cool at the office, and not in an ostentatious way. The length is ample and will stretch around desks to the floor. Connects with iPhone 5 and up.

I am in my car a lot for work etc. I can charge and talk at same time with plenty of cord to spare.. It has a very durable covering so it doesn't kink up.

I was leary of buying a charger that wasn't an Apple product because another one that I bought lasted about 3 months and quit working. I exchanged it and the same thing happened. I did this for about a year and decided I'd just buy an Apple cord. When I got to Best Buy the salesperson recommended this charger instead because I wanted longer than the three foot cord. I've had it for over a year now and haven't had a single problem with this cord and I love the extra length when I'm trying to use my phone while it's charging.

This charger is the best I've ever purchased so far! It's long witch is great and the material to protect it from damaging has done great so far!

Great sync cable with enough length to offer loads of flexibility. White cloth wrapped design looks good and is easy to wind and unwind.

I bought this for my wife as a gift. Her iPhone cable wrote out that came with the phone. This one works well and is nice and long, too.

It's a great length and is great as a replacement. It feels and is a lot more sturdy than the original charger cable that came with the phone.

With so many cheap and expensive cables on the market, it's hard to decide on which one to buy these days. Platinum has made some nice cases in the past, so I took a chance with their solution. The cord is a good length, especially if being used with a wall charger, and the cord itself is well assembled with an attractive fabric wrap. The lightning plug end is a bit thicker than Apple's own, so it may not fit in some cases with smaller openings, but it is much smaller than plugs from Belkin or iJoy. All and all, I'm satisfied so far.
