HP ask to give a new laptop because they can't fix mine. It was under HP warranty. So, the Geek lady made may life easy and help me to setup everything. It was awesome.

My mom is not big on wireless and with computers updating and being converted to a wireless only option it was hard to figure out what may be the solution at first. This works great overall but does get a little too hot at times.
