SSD's are absoulutely quiet, and super fast. Very small form factor. You don't always have to buy the "drive bay adapter" to retro fit, some double sided tape and your good to go. YMMV -- be smart! No problems so far, the Cloning software doesn't have the greatest instructions (but it's free!) I had to watch a couple YouTube videos and "combine" some of the steps in each video to finally get it right.

This is the first SSD I've ever owned and it is really fast compared to a normal hard drive. It used to take a couple of minutes for Windows 10 to boot and be in a usable form but now it takes around 40 seconds on average to completely restart my computer and have an internet browser up. Overall it is a great buy, especially for the price, and I'd recommend it to anyone that doesn't yet own some sort of SSD.

This is a great drive for the price, it's very fast and I've had no issues with it.

Good quality, easily installed and recognized by the system. Boot times reduced in half under windows 10. Loading your favorite games reduced tremendously. Example. Under WoW...A regular hard drive, even with the best system will take 1 min 15 sec - 1 min 45 sec when loading into a crowded city. on a ssd....Takes 25 sec max. and pretty much instant if you are loading into a noncrowded area.

Plugged it into the SATA III port on my desktop PC, Was too small to mount in the 3.5" drive bay, so just suspended it from the power and SATA connectors, as it is very light weight. That allowed for good air circulation around the drive. Did a clean install of Windows 10 and all was great from there. The SSD is much faster than the old 75GB Raptor HD it replaced. Would definitely buy again.

Needed to upgrade a desktop PC from Windows XP to Windows 10. Only way to do it is on a clean drive. Since old drive was only 75GB and quite old, decided to get a new SSD. Did not have an adapter to make this 2.5 inch drive fit in the 3.5 inch drive bay, so just suspended it in the bay, since it is so light weight. Windows installed quick and easily. This SSD is much faster than the old HD.

Bought it for a 2012 macbook pro. Installation was difficult, but not impossible. Works fine. Fast and seems reliable as I've had it two years with heavy usage.

This SSD is pretty solid! Remember on SSD Drives (all of them!) that if you are installing windows on it from scratch, you should set your motherboard Bios SATA settings to AHCI. If you miss this step it might install as Native IDE (and not SATA AHCI) which can cause slow downs and long boot times, The best way to fix that is to format the drive and reinstall windows.

These drives turn a sluggish computer into a very fast, reliable computer.

Standard SSD performance at a great price. Excellent choice for upgrading average system to SSD. NOTE: If top performance is a must (i.e. a gaming system), look to the Samsung EVO.
