I purchased the drive to replace a failing drive in my Asus Eee Netbook that I use while traveling. The battery life is now longer and the Netbook now runs much cooler! Highly recommended!

Installed in an HP Compaq 6005 Pro. Cloned existing 500Gb SATA Hard Drive to this 240Gb SSD. Boot time for the 500Gb was 128 seconds. With the 240Gb SSD boot time was 28 seconds.

Installed the hard drive and migrated data to it. The set up was quick and easy and we have had no issues since the installation. Definitely provided a performance boost on the laptop.

If you want speed you got it. Fast boot up and file search.

I bought this drive to replace my older Toshiba SSD and this one is even quicker. Very happy with the purchase. Windows 7 boots up on a core i5 (8 GB ram) in about 20 seconds.

This drive is fast and wonderful. If your looking to put some pep into the step of an old Laptop or Mac then this will work in either your desktop or laptop with a Sata connection.

I've had this for over a month and it's been working perfectly and it's fast. From the time I hit the start button, it's less than 30 sec to full boot. Can't go wrong with this drive.

Have always gotten these PNY SSDs from best buy. They are the MUST upgrade to any laptop or desktop still using a traditional hard drive! Very fast and size for the price!

Tried it in an older computer, it increases speed of start up and cuts program load times significantly. Very happy with purchase, planning to get 2 more for 1 desktop & 1 laptop.

Bought this to replace my boot drive. I've bought one for every computer in the house. Pros: Low cost, great boot speed increase. Cons: No bracket included, no screws included, minimal instructions. I would buy again and have had zero problems, my boot time on all PCs is fantatsic, programs running on the drive are faster too!

This SSD put new life into my 2014 Mac Mini. It speeds everything up and worked great. Didn't want to spend a lot of money upgrading my old machine, this met my needs perfectly.

This is a very good upgrade for my laptop. It really boost the starting/shutting, opening/processing speed on my computer. A great and economic way to upgrade one's computer.

I have bought about 10 of these now, 60$ each, what a steal. I have converted all my computer to ssd and have 1 in raid with these. No problems at all for me or my coworkers.

Our Best Buy service helper told us that this SS Memory would greatly speed up our new Dell computer and could be easily added. What a difference and we were glad for the tip.
