Installed this in just minutes into my Alienware desktop, runs so fast and silent. Games load so fast on this drive it's amazing!

although ssd are still pricey , it worth the investment it will make your computer faster and gives you peace of mind since there is no mechanical parts .

I purchased this drive to replace a standard 5400 RPM hard drive in my laptop. I know the performance of SSD drives and this one works very well. My laptop now boots up Windows 10 to my login screen in about 10 seconds or so. This drive just screams. Get it, you won't be disappointed.

I replaced my MBP Late 2011 Hard Drive w/ the PNY SSD and I must say it makes the world of difference. I am now able to Bootup my Mac in under 12 seconds. This is one of the best value for your money. I am now looking into increasing my RAM.

This SSD got great reviews in the tech magazines when it was introduced in early 2016. It uses the latest Phison controller with 15nm Toshiba memory, and it performs very well in the benchmarks--it is one of the fastest SSD's you can buy. The price at BB makes this a much better deal than the older SSD's. This SSD also includes a software key for the Acronis migration software, so it's easy to upgrade with this drive.

I bought this SSD after watching a few videos on how to upgrade the speed and performance of older laptops. I have owned a Toshiba Satellite for a few years and it had really started to slow down and was painful to use. The SSD upgrade is something that should be done to any older machine. The improvement is night and day. After this purchase, I am considering using this SSD to upgrade every machine in my house.

I have an older Gateway laptop, bought and put the PNY SSD in it an it boots faster and extend the life of my old laptop.

This works exactly as expected. Easy to install and use. Had my computer backed up and running in no time. Made for saving great pictures & music without using hard drive space on my primary operating system hard drive. computer. I would recommend this item to anyone friend or family.

Been wanting to try one of these drives for a while and now I am. Even though they are more expensive than the regular disk drives. They are a lot faster and with no moving parts a lot quieter. I have plans to build a better computer in the near future and will use a similar drive.

I replaced my HDD in my Late 2011 MacBook Pro with the PNY - CS2211 and I must say… it's like have a new MacBook. I am able to boot up in less than 13 seconds and all my application opens a lot faster. I was also able to see a slight improvement in my battery life.

I have purchased PNY products in the past and have not had any issues with them. After reading several reviews, I decided to purchase this particular model. The disappointment I have so far is that unlike an 850 Pro that this replaced, the speed specs do not come close to what is specified for this product which was 1 of the 2 reasons I purchased it. The other SSD drive I had was running at the specified specs but this one falls short of it's rated access times which is rated faster that the 850 Pro. However, reliability is the number 1 reason I chose this SSD as it uses MLC memory so if this drive out lives the warranty, then it is a good drive.

Fast and relaible no problems yet. Would be buying another one soon for other system.

I had a laptop that was getting older and slowing down, even after reinstalling the OS and adding more ram. So I installed this SSD and the laptop works great, much faster than when it was new. It saved me from having to buy a new laptop for at least a year or two and the software to transfer from the mechanical HD to the SSD comes with the SSD.

Couldn't believe that the price of this drive wasn't that much more than a regular Hard Drive. This turned my turtle of a computer into a much faster machine. The software that it comes for mirroring the original drive is quality too! Not just some generic software, but Acronis Image 2015!

Seamless installation with Acronis software. Up and running within 20 minutes. So far so good. No hitches. Replaced hybrid drive. Substantial access improvement.

This is my first use of an SSD, which is a 480GB PNY. I installed the PNY on my ASUS N56JR and used Acronis to transfer my WIN10 to the PNY. After doing so, I performed several optimizing operations such as disable prefetch, superfetch, auto optimizing, etc., and have been amazed at how much faster the startup, and all my usual applications now load and run. I downloaded the PNY Drive Utility, which makes it easy to check/install firmware and other updates. This is well worth the money.

Not the blazing fastest, but quick and reliable. A good buy for the price.

Just replaced standard hard drive with this SSD and cannot believe the difference in performance. Small upgrade price to bring any computer back to life.

Excellent addition to my pc. The cost was right and blazing fast-especially compared to my old hard drive. Disk transfer software did a wonderful job.

Performs great without a hitch in my MacBook Pro , it is a needed upgrade to any MacBook that doesn't have this done and for the price you can't be beat
