The game is beautifully design with plenty of hours of gameplay that cater to both new gamers and veterans.

I have played every 3D Zelda game made for consoles. This is by far the best Zelda game ever made and it is one of my top 5 games of all time. I have played over 85 hours, have completed the main story, and I still get lost in the massive open world. I can't imagine how much more value the game will have with the upcoming DLC with all new modes and storylines.

Can't say I wasn't a bit worried about an open world Zelda game since I don't normally play that type very often. But it manages to take a hodgepodge of ideas and puts it in a fun world to explore. Most of my time is just spent wandering around looking at the world which isn't something I do often. Sure it still has a few flaws like the weapon system being a bit rough at the start. Yet none of those flaws are big enough to keep me from recommending it.

I played a couple of Legend of Zelda games for the Nintendo 64 back in the day (Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask) and I was looking for the Breath of the Wild game thinking that it would match the preceding games in terms of quality and storyline. To this point I would say Breath of the Wild has exceeded the content of those games. It’s been a challenging game to play but I’m still having fun playing it. I’ve also been playing Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity which I believe is a prequel to Breath of the Wild and that’s a game I recommend buying too.

Breath of the wild is honestly such an incredible game to play. Ive never played a single Zelda game before in my life so I was a bit skeptical in purchasing it but the developers made sure to allow new players to follow along with the story. I eventually had to limit myself from playing all the time because it was just so addictive! I just wish they had more DLC to keep players that have beaten the game interested.

I started this game after being shown it by a friend. Completely open world where EVERYTHING is accessible. You can a huge land to walk or ride to, climb mountains, run deserts. The main quest is a little short, so make sure you spend time finding shrines and doing side quests! Theres PLENTY to do. Beautifully drawn, and gives a nice gradual challenge. Highly recommend.

This game is super amazing! I'm a long-time lover of the Zelda franchise, and BotW is a superb addition. It's different from the more traditional Zelda formula, but that is by no means a bad thing. The endless open-world exploration, the stunning graphics, the equipment and cooking systems, the combat... This game is incredible.

Not always a fan of these genre of games, but Nintendo has really hit a grand slam with BOTW. Playing it with my kids, all the wonderful worlds and adventures, and puzzles. Great game. Can't wait until 2 comes out later this year.

First time playing the Zelda series and this game just blew me away. Amazing graphics, decent story, a TON of stuff to do, and very high quality (have not encountered any bugs so far and I'm about 40 hours in). Shrines are fun to do, the monsters are a blast to try to take down (seriously, you can use quite a bit of strategy to take some of the harder ones down). Well worth it at full price - a must buy at even a cent less.

I can't believe how amazing this game is. I am a long-time Zelda fan and was planning to purchase this game anyways, but I am blown away about the depth and vastness of this latest entry in the LOZ series. The art is stunning, the gameplay intricate, and there are very few restrictions on what you can do or where you can explore. Even my husband (definitely NOT a Zelda fan) has been playing long hours in Breath of the Wild! Definitely a winner!

I wouldn't say that the game is perfect as there are some things that previous Zelda games do better. I do think that the dungeons and bosses could be more varied and the ending could have been stronger, but the open world exploration and realistic gameplay systems of physics, chemistry, weather, and stamina work together to make something amazing. 9/10.

What’s there to say that hasn’t been said about this game? It’s been one of the top games on the Switch for a reason, and STILL IS. Solid gameplay, story, action, survival skills in that you need to cook food and adjust your armor, it has more RPG elements than previous Zelda’s, but once you get a hang of it, you’ll see how deep this game really is! A must buy.

Holy moly, this game is epic on all levels. When I first started I wasn't used to the controls and since the game isn't always linear, i got a bit confused with what to do next. But the more I played the more it became clear to me, the way to play this game is to explore and take it slow. Don't be in such a rush to beat the game, and you will be handsomely rewarded. One of the must own games on the amazing Nintendo Switch

This RPG is superior to others like Skyrim, IMO (and I enjoy those). But here, you have a great story, fun quests and characters, and achievements that you have to work hard for. It’s also a gorgeous game; can’t wait for the new one!

I have been waiting for Nintendo to recapture the magic they created with Ocarina of Time, not only did Breath of the Wild rekindle that magic but it made some of its own. Nintendo did an absolutely phenomenal creating an open world Hyrule, they weren't kidding when they said if you see it you can go to it, I have climbed countless peaks and explored tons of shrines and I don't feel like I have even seen half of what this game has to offer.

I used to be a multiplayer type guy. This game changed that. The music is calming. The colors are brilliant. The puzzles are stimulating, the creativity is unending. My only complaint is that the Switch isn’t powerful enough to run it in long spurts(which have happened on accident a dozen times. Played from 9 pm-11am one time. Big oof.) as the frame rate spikes are slightly incapacitating.

One of the best “Legend of Zelda” games, either at home or on the go with the Nintendo Switch! Explore a vast open world as a new version of Link awakens in order to save the land of Hyrule. All of the classic races, adventures, and other key elements make their return in a fresh take on an old adventure. You can’t go wrong with this one!

If you like video games, you owe it to yourself to buy this game and experience for yourself the visually beautiful, fantastic open world gameplay that Zelda: Breath of the WIld has to offer. With so many quest and items you can collect throughout your adventures, there's no shortage to what you can do and explore. It's truly an amazing game!

It's everything you've come to expect from a Zelda game. A massive continent of content, rendered beautifully, and full of interesting details to explore. At times, the surroundings can be a little misty/cloudy/whatever, but once you get used to it, it's just part of the atmosphere of the game. The shrine puzzles start easy, but are generally challenging enough to keep you engaged and excited to find the next one.
