Best warranty I’ve ever bought I have to get my screen protector replaced at least 2 times a month but most people but if you do get the screen protector I bought and put the plan on it your saving 45 dollars every time you just tell them you need a replacement but something that I don’t like about this product is that somtimes it’s not in the store and I like to be able to just get it done and over with there because they put the screen protector on my phone for me because of the warranty but somtimes they don’t have the product in stalk so I have to order it which can be anoying somtimes but overall every time I go into best buy they know me and just point me to the geek squad who answers all my questions and helps me with the things I need help on.

Agent (I think he was new) put my shield on. Very pleasant and helpful young man. I’m glad he did as he was trained and still had issues the first time!!! Thorough and explained everything clearly. Even when he wasn’t sure of an answer he researched and asked another longer(?) time agent.

I came in expecting a quick install, I left feeling like my phone had just gone through a spa day. The tech handled my device with more care than I handle newborn kittens. Perfect alignment, zero bubbles, and they even wiped the smudges off the back (which I definitely didn’t pay for). If these folks ever run for office, they have my vote.

The agents replaced my old cracked screen protector and installed the new one. The agent also told me that this specific product has a lifetime guarantee and was very knowledgeable and professional. The only thing that bugged me a little was that I had to pay to get the screen protector put on. Honestly it wasn’t that much and Best Buy is much better at putting it on correctly than I am.

My Tech Cat executed an exceptional glass shield/screen protector installation in mere seconds. The visual quality was outstanding on my mobile device. It appears as though no substance was applied. She suggested that if I had applied the shield after setting my fingerprint, I might encounter issues with my device failing to read or accept it. In this situation, I would need to reset my fingerprint. However, by her installing the shield to my new phone's front immediately after unboxing, my fingerprint now activates my phone seamlessly.

Policy changes midstream should not affect those who purchased prior to the change. I am told that now I will have to pay $8 every time I have a reply screen put on. When I purchased it I was told it would be a one time fee. Bad policy to change everyone

Let the Geek Squad apply the screen protector. Sure, it's intended to be DIY, but these guys apply dozens every week and they KNOW what they're doing as a result. And, they do it for free when you buy it.

I purchased a Zagg screen protector for my iPhone 17 today at Best Buy and Nick, who works in the Geek Squad area, did a fantastic job applying it to my phone! He was professional and courteous and the application took just a few minutes. The screen protector looks great and I'm very happy with it!
