Took them 3 tries to install screen protector and it still bubbled up and never set.

It go up side and right side a lot. He even didnt check it before give it back to me lol

The installation was done quickly and flawlessly to my approval.

I bought the screen protector and and the Geek squad installed it forme in just a few minutes. It made the computer look so good. It has no scratch marks on it and I dont have to worry about scratches anymore since I had the Geek Squad put it on. I wear jewely and I am constanly wiping the screen and my rings sometimes rubs across the screen and till this day i have no scratches.very durable..

My wife and I had several electronics with lots of pictures and data. We needed to save all of our things and one secure location and the geek squad came through. Educated us on some portable hard drives. We went with a T9 and they were able to transfer everything under the T9 labeled. It showed us how to use it everything. A+ for those guys and a big thank you!!!

When my screen protector had bubbles at first, they had absolutely no issue trying to fix it as much as possible and wouldn’t stop until it was to my standards. Would use this service again!

Love the Geek Squad. They have provided great service, very reasonable on non-warranty items. Have been very helpful in solving problems and setting up new products especially new mobile phones, watch, etc. Very helpful even with just general questions.

Best warranty I’ve ever bought I have to get my screen protector replaced at least 2 times a month but most people but if you do get the screen protector I bought and put the plan on it your saving 45 dollars every time you just tell them you need a replacement but something that I don’t like about this product is that somtimes it’s not in the store and I like to be able to just get it done and over with there because they put the screen protector on my phone for me because of the warranty but somtimes they don’t have the product in stalk so I have to order it which can be anoying somtimes but overall every time I go into best buy they know me and just point me to the geek squad who answers all my questions and helps me with the things I need help on.

I went to get a screen protector for my phone and the salesperson was super sweet he looked for help for the installation and couldn’t find anyone available so he did the job for me and was very good at it, he was super nice and very courteous
