Everything was great. He was able to clear up my problem in a short period of time and no problems since.

I did not purchase a TV but rather a computer. And, yes, he (Ryan) was fast and efficient fixing the computer. He knew what the problem was when we explained the issue. He was secretive of what he did and would not tell us what the problem was. Oh well, it is working but windows 11 is still sometimes confusing.

My Geek Squad tech was Travis S. He came to my home twice. He helped me with everything from ordering my new printer, bringing it to my home, installing it, checking all features on the printer to make sure it was what I wanted. And he took my old printer thank you! But, what really impressed me with Travis was his personality, He is very approachable , easy to talk with, has patients when explaining things and/or showing me stuff a few times. And answers for all my questions! I am very pleased with Travis and could not have had or asked for a better in home experience. Thank you Travis & Geek Squad!

The ethernet switch's directions were more complicated than necessary but, since the switch was connected, has worked appropriately

From the phone call to Geek Squad to the Tech fixing the issue with printer, I would give a 10 for all around service. My first time having a home visit and it was superb.

Nice Geek person came out to check Epson printer….checked several things after I said what was wrong. Finally said it couldn’t be fixed and we discussed new printers. I waited 2-3 days then I spent next 48 hours trying to fix it…is now working; hope it keeps working. Would help if Epson and other companies would produce a printed manual. Do not like reading on internet or printing 300+ pages …..especially when the printer won’t print. Problem was in cleaning heads with paper not feeding properly. I appreciate the squad who have previously fixed our machines, but realize one person can’t know how to fix everything BB sells. Encourage printed hand held manuals!!!!!

The agent made a couple suggestions that resolved our inability to get our printer working. He was friendly and tactful when making suggestions.

The agent solved my problem quickly and a few others as well. I can now scan and find the scans in my computer.

The Geek squad fixed my printer he was exceptional

The two Geek Squad technicians arrived and worked on printer and got it working. Another great Geek Squad experience. Contrast this with a previous Geek Squad experience online, that was the worst experience. Tech took control of computer and told me issue was fixed when I told them I didn't think it had I received a message that I, the customer, ended the online session when they had. Printer worked for 2, 3 print jobs then received message "printer has issues." In person experience GREAT. Online experience, THE WORST.

It was truly a pleasure to purchase the epson ET15000 printer. It is working like a charm. Mike was a God sent in connecting and installing this printer. He was fast and efficient. I must say that Best Buy Geek Squad is the best any family could ask for. My wife and I truly want to thank you for a job well done. I was looking for a printer that would copy two-sided paper, so I had bought two copiers neither one would copy a two-sided paper, I could download it into the the copier, but that's not what I needed. Eric The geek squad person who came over here helped me to pick the perfect copier out at a wonderful price, he also installed it showed me how to use it he also showed me if I had an issue where to go on the printer to fix it, I totally recommend them and I recommend the copier it's a little bit larger then I thought, though it works great no complaints.
