This Proform 750R Rower really does give you a total body workout! It is really quiet, and I can use it even in the late evening without bothering the neighbors. I really like the iFit app, and it offers lots of choices for your workout. I use my iPad when using the rower and it makes the workout more challenging and interesting. This is my first rower, and I think that I made a great choice! I am very happy with this machine! I have no doubt this rower will help this sixty-six year old body stronger!

Seat is comfortable; handle is sturdy, not wobbly like other machines; easy set up for one person; nice color and finishes; easy to use after setup; affordable!!

I wanted a quality machine with a reasonable price. I am not a fan of the ifit program so I didn’t subscribe, but biggest pain in the butt was unlocking the machine online so you could use it. Niw I just listen to music and row. Love the machine. Have probably used it 10-20 times and no issues.

I am loving my pro-form rower. It came with the 30 day I fit subscription, but you can still use it even without the subscription just as well. Very easy to change the tension level, and very easy to put together

I’m still trying to figure out the motion needed to get the best workout from this. You also have to download an app to get it going which is just another for you to be tracked and for the company to get your information. Other than that, love it.

Loving this rower. It was easy to assemble and seems to be solid a month in. I intented to just use the machine manually but have really enjoyed the iFit subscription so will be continuing with it.

Worst piece of equipment ever created in the history of mankind. Difficult to activate, with very poor customer service. The tie to the iFIT subscription basically means Proform will frustrate you at every step of the way in the activation and use of the device. After setup I observed the resistance in the rower does not work. Called Proform and after a 1 hour wait, they said they are sending a technician to repair it in 5 days. So much for brand new equipment - it came out of the box needing parts and repairs. I also happen to have mistakenly bought a Proform HIIT Elliptical. In that case, they sent me a used product.

Good workout. Sore in places I didn't expect. Full body workout. Easy to assemble, and fold up when I have company.

Did not like IFit website. Not user friendly. Would not let me progress beyond ID and password. Support acknowledged my email asking for help but did not send help

We love this. It was very easy to put together and it folds up and takes up little space. We use this daily and having it in the house keeps us motivated to exercise.

absoloutley love this! was easy to put together with 2 people. i did have to call to get my free 30 days but the lady was nice from ifit so there was no issues. wish it had the tablet holder but apparently i can purchase separately. works with or without subscription and not hard to follow directions to make it work.

I bought the Proform to work out both my upper and lower body. Very smooth operation. Easy to set up and get going!

I was hesitant to buy this due to some reviews saying there was no difference between the resistance level. However, I decided to give it a shot. I can definitely say that I feel the difference between the resistance level and even at the mid level I get a good hard work out. I would definitely recommend for a home gym and for the average joe that just wants to get a good workout and stay healthy. Either the reviewers are crazy strong or they had a defective model.

Amazing feel! Screen was easy to use and Bluetooth and was simple.

Rower itself isn't bad but the apparently required subscription and app is really not worth it. I only want to use it in a manual mode which it says I can do after "activating" it. What it doesn't say is that to activate you have to pay at least $15 a month and download their app that it asks you if you want to use or not, then tell you it's too bad you have to use it anyway. Would have been better off paying MORE for one I can use without all the extra crap!

Made well and great low impact workout tool. Only thing I don’t care for are the foot holders. They have a tendency to slip out of position.

My husband loves it and now I am staring to use it too.

Rowere was easy to assemble and works great. Good workout to build muscle and stamina.
