The instructions and software leave much to be desired. The paper instructions are a very low-contrast silver on black, making them hard to read. They are also incomplete. Good luck switching from Bluetooth to 2.4 GHz without going online to search for how to do that. I still can't use the 7.1 Surround Sound software because it refuses to acknowledge that I am logged in.

Compatible with Razer Audio app. The only down side is I wished the mic was wireless. I use this headset for gym days but can’t answer phone calls unless I bring the mic with me, which is cumbersome and easy to lose. Would like to see this with a wireless mic. Side note: Sound quality is fine but you can hear the music outside the ear cups. Just be mindful of this bc others can hear it as well.

I’ve had them for a year now and I have used them almost every day. I use them for both gaming and daily use out of home. The battery life on them is incredible; I use them so frequently and for so long that I forget that I even have to charge them. Ive never had an issue with them, 10/10 would recommend!

The built in mic is such a great addition to this set. The only issue is when using the 2 different dongles to connect, however using the bluetooth option works just fine.
