Strong Bass and Sound but Weak Software

I gave this headset a couple of months to try out. I bought it about 3 months ago. When the headset works, it is simply amazing and the sound mixer is great. The physical quality of it was also nice and durable. It's a much cleaner look and you can even control the RGB with the Synapse Software. (That is really bad btw but good when it works- typical Razer Product)
However, the headset doesn't ever charge to full, nor does it ever keep a good charge or last more than 2 hours. It does NOT keep a connection and I have to consistently re-pair the headset, power it on and off, or take the dongle out and place it back in.
If I'm browsing YouTube or anything else with sound, it'll play the music but it'll randomly just "mute" itself even though windows says it's playing sound.
Too many issues software wise. That's too bad. I'll be swapping this headset out for a completely different brand.

While I was downgrading in terms of sound range from the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro, I have to give it to Razer. The noise cancelation is significantly better in the Kraken for the active noise cancelation of the Arctis Nova Pro. After adjusting the sound settings and running through the SteelSeries GG app (after Razer Synapse), the percsion and performance of the Kraken's 7.1 was astonishing. I did have to update the firmware since it would randomly turn off (see Razer's support), but I am finding no issues since the update. Sound is clear, mic is great, 7.1 is amazing, and even the haptics are great (though I don't turn it on). Would recommend the Kraken V3 5/5

My years love the sound of kraken. The hypersense is a nice touch at low, I personally love it. That's how I remember razer from back in the day around 2007, headphones vibrating and massaging your ears and brain. I use it mostly for gaming. Before I settled with this headset I tried, G Pro X, TBs, Actris nova pro etc. I couldn't stand the crappy tiny sound and surround of any other headset even paired with a soundblaster card. With the kraken I am not even bothering to use a soundcard, it doesn't feel like it needs it. You can play use it while its charging or use it with a 3.5mm hooked to whatever. Good software. It's comfy and not tiring. Love it.

Got these to finally get into the lateset features with THX. And not with having them only about a year ive noticed things i dont like. Ear cups are flaking from the feux leather areas. Connection issues from time to time and a couple others. Still good quality sound just hoped to see slightly better buuld quality from Razer.

Bought these for my son who likes to game and be able to talk with other players in game and be able to answer phone calls with the same device lol he has tried many different types and brands most have been very expensive, they tend to break from similar defects, some didn't come with a warranty and others he bought a warranty for. They broke just past the warranty go figure. Well this pair is really nice, his favorite thus far which says a lot. Sound quality is great and microphone is great, headset is very comfortable as well. So, so far so good lol

I like how comfortable the head set is. It has super clear audio and doesnt crackle like some other brands do. The only thing that i don't like is, when the computer restarts it will disconnect and then you have unplug then plug in the USB adapter into the PC.

Second Headset ive ever owened. First Razer headset and its okay, sounds pretty good, definitely a lot of bass but not constructive with the audio. The mic is surprisingly crisp but just wish audio was a bit better and my ears get pretty hot. It might just be me idk

Overall a decent headset. The connection can have issues initially especially using a laptop even with the dongle. On a desktop I have not ran into the same issues. Battery can go quick but other than that a great headset.

Great headset mic works well. The sound is good. It's what i expected it to be. Imo much better than the blackshark. Only thing is it's not as good as the razer threshers which they dont make anymore but i needed a replacement and these are decent enough.
Also bought these here instead of Amazon because Amazon sends used products when they display as new. Best buy has never done that to me.

Wow...wow wow wow. I was nervous about the reviews. But I gotta say, this headset? It...is..AWESOME! The feedback, oh man, whenever there is bass it rumbles, gentle, effectively, The surround sound is amazing, the sound quality is GORGEOUS! The heavy bass ist just, so worth it. And while true it does not play sound as loud in corded aux situations, the sound it plays on my PC is just so beautiful, ti was outranks my previous logitech headset. Plus it syncs with my other Razer equipment!
Well done, Razer!

Got this on a discount. It was my first wireless headset. I am personally a razer fan, but I am a bit upset with how pricey their gears are in general. Their audio quality is amazing but sometimes it disconnects if I am far away from my PC. Wouldn't suggest getting one especially since Kraken V4 is out.
