Setup was a breeze and seems to sound just fine. Charging takes time but that’s just the price of wireless. I’m connected to my gaming PC using the included USB C dongle without issue. Some users have complained about a lack of bass but all this requires is an adjustment of the sound card EQ settings. Is it exactly a Dr Dre Beats tone out of the box? No, but easily adjusted to where you want it to be, and surround sound simulation is great! If it lasts than definitely worth the money

I absolutely loved this headset, so comfortable, the colors are fun. Unfortunately I was mislead and questioned it, definitely NOT for Xbox like I was told. But if I ever get pc, PlayStation etc.. these are the headsets I’m using!

Comfortable and great sounding headset. Mic hides away easily and the headset itself adjusts to fit your head well.

It's true what they say, the headphones don't have the deepest bass you can find, but on the other hand, they're really good for gaming, very immersive, and don't require noise cancellation since they completely protect your ears.

Good headset with surround sounds. The battery lasts forever. The only issues is the lack of any bass. If you’re going from the Nari to this, it will take some time to get used to.

I'm in-between a rock and a hard place where I can't just stop giving Razer money. They have the only mouse that fits well in my hand, but that's about to be the only product I consistently by from them until I can find something else I like more. These headphones have pushed into the territory of the Razer Nari with the Versatility of Wired, 2.4, and Bluetooth for multiplatform connectivity but for about 50 bucks less. Good in theory, but they have noticeably worse sound quality, I find them far less comfortable, and the only reason I stopped using my Naris is because it has the classic Razer issue of the cable connecting the two headphones ceasing to function, causing one of the drivers to completely stop working. I have only had these for about 5 months, so I can't vouch for whether or not that issue has been fixed, but seeing as it has been a problem for nearly two DECADES I don't foresee it being fixed, and frankly if that says anything it's that I can't recommend these based on the durability of all of their previous headsets. Now to get the VERY bad, these headphones are trapped in the Razer Synapse ecosystem. Synapse 3 was actually good. Synapse 4, the current software, is absolutely unacceptable. It's slow, doesn't save settings, uses way more system resources than it should to the point that I have shut it off entirely until I need to change something (and hope it saves what I changed), and is needlessly overcomplicated compared to how it used to be. Also, if you're gaming on linux, Synapse doesn't work and you're going to have to get custom software. That's expected with Linux but it still doesn't make it any more enjoyable to deal with because even though the software itself is on flatpak (probably the other platforms, I only know what's on my distros), it requires a terminal grab from git and some tinkering, so while it's plug and play, if you wanna shut off the obnoxious lights or change them, too bad. You can buy much better for the price, and I know that as much as I prefer over-ear headphones, I can promise you I wouldn't take these on a flight with me.

I love the headphones and they are funtional, my only problem is that the colored led variations require the specific use of the Razer Synapse app, which doesn't seem to work properly. Every time I disconnect from my computer, it resets the color pattern to a very fast rotating rainbow, this can be distracting when im trying to work or focus. Other than the issues with the Synapse app I enjoy all of the features of the headphones and they work excellently.

Had a wired headset, and wanted to go wireless. So far it's working good, had a few issues with vice or game dropping sound, but overall, they have worked for what I need them to do.
