Customers consistently note the Viper Ultimate's lightweight design and long battery life as significant advantages. Many appreciate its wireless functionality and high-quality build, while some find the side button placement and size less than ideal. Positive feedback also highlights the mouse's ease of use and responsiveness. However, a few users experienced issues with the side buttons' responsiveness and the overall size of the mouse.

I really like this mouse. It’s lightweight enough that it moves fast, and heavy enough that my hand isn’t whipping all over the place. The button placement is perfect for my hands and it’s symmetrical which I like. My only complaint is that the left click button is a little mushy. It’s not bad or insufferable and I probably wouldn’t have noticed if the right click wasn’t so crisp and satisfying, but knowing it’s there keeps me from rating it at 5 stars.

It’s a really lightweight mouse (74g) that comes with a premium feeling cable and PFT plastic skates on the bottom for less resistance when swiping. Worth the money of your serious about gaming and it being wireless is no downfall it’s as fast if not faster than wired mice.

To preface this review, I wanted to note that I use a mouse for upwards of 6-10 hours a day with primary use for work productivity (CAD & design) and secondary use for gaming (fps, moba, etc.). As a claw/palm hybrid, ergos are pretty important especially with the amount of time spent on the mouse.
I was previously using a MX, switched to a G503 then finally left the logitech family after a host of disconnect and freeze issues. I dipped my toes with Razer with the purchase of a Basilisk X Hyperspeed, which is a great mouse for those looking in the sub-$100 category. Ended up upgrading to the Basilisk ultimate for the clutch function. While the Basilisk ultimate is great for productivity and even limited gaming, I found it noticeably 'heavy' after extended use. I decided to opt for a lighter mouse just for gaming purposes but found that the Viper Ultimate works just as well for work.
Overall, I recommend this for gaming. Limited recommendation for productivity due to location of the side buttons and ergos.

With the Viper V2 Pro out, the price of the ultimate makes it better value at half the price.
The RVU is light enough for competitive fps and it has more features: 2 more side buttons, charging dock compatible, RGB, ambidextrous design. I also believe this is a later production variant of the RVU where they fixed the issue with buttons feeling mushy, because every click on this mouse is crisp and satisfying.
The one big downside I see against the V2 is the side grips aren’t removable. This means the side grips will wear down after multiple years of use, whereas the V2 has attachable and detachable grips.
There is plenty of other mice such as the Orochi V2 to consider, but that one ended up being too small for my hands. The RVU is much more comfortable to claw grip for me and others with large hands.

I bought this for the 4 side buttons and well, I have a broken pinky and ring finger so I really didn't plan ahead. Causes me pain after 15 mins. other than not being able to use the 2 right side buttons its light weight and fast on the right mouse pad.

Overall, the product is good. It is a light mouse with a cool design. It has an insane amount of DPI with really accurate signal. The downside I find on this noise is that the clicking seems a bit frail. The deeper you push, the more you feel it. However, it is quick and precise. Good mouse, would recommend.

Nothing beats the feel of a Razer mouse. The wireless option gets rid of the clutter on your desk. The charge lasts a really long time. My only complaint is that it doesn't charge with USB C.

I was previously using a Logitech g903. This mouse is great, slightly smaller than the g903, but significantly lighter. I really like it for gaming and working from home.

The mouse itself is ok, I think the price is incredibly inflated given the build quality. The most annoying aspect is the software itself. If you choose to opt out of it good luck. it will try to get you to install it at every reconnection, it honestly behaves like adware. I would say for the money you can definitely get better mouses. They may not have the hype that razor probably spends all of the overhead into marketing but its mediocre at best. I also got this mouse for $36 because BB messed up my order. One of the buttons messed up within the first year so I had to get a warranty replacement. Don't believe the bots.

I love the feel of the mouse. It’s great for gaming and everyday use/needs. However, for some reason I do like my mice to have a bit more weight. If you like lightweight nice and need for gaming, this is one to consider.
