Very professional installation. Everything hidden well. Completed in less time than estimate. The remote start has worked flawlessly.

The tech guy his name is Juan in Bestbuy Germantown Maryland location. He did excellent installation in my both Sienna and Prius. He was very kind and knew the job very well.

The installation took a little longer than I thought it would, but it was done correctly. The technician did a good job of teaching & explaining how to operate the device and ignition functions. Sure glad I didn't have to do it!

I called Geek Squad to get a remote start installed, no one was there so I left a message to call me back with my number, name & what I wanted. Two days later I called again, Geek Squad was done for the day but a Best Buy associate answered the phone took down my information and said they would call me the next day. Three days later I called them again to finially get ahold of Geek Squad to schedule. They were booked out for a month. Not one single hour was free for what I needed within the month... On top of that the Geek Squad person on the phone was a snob. For as much as I paid, I wasn't impressed.

I bought a remote starter for my daughter. The store staff was very helpful in picking out the right product. It cost less than other local providers were offering. I was able to schedule installation three weeks earlier than any other local provider (so it was installed in time for Christmas). While I was warned about potential high installation costs, which vary with each car make and model year, the installation charges came in close to the low end of the estimate and much lower than the quotes from other local providers. A great consumer experience from start to finish.

Great job installing the Viper remote start on my son's car. Timely, notified of extra costs involved before work was performed. Overall great experience!

It took several hours to install it on my car. So, it may take a while. But they gave me a discount at the end for waiting longer than expected

Had a starter installed. Nick, the installer was great. Had an airbag light that wouldn't shut off. Had to bring it all the way back a week later to get resolved. Other than that, all good!

I had hoped that this would be a great enhancement for cold days, but installation proved to be too difficult even with assistance.

The website says you are welcome to bring your own hardware for install. Two locations stated they could not install my remote start (Even though I had detailed instructions) and that they could only install devices they sell.

Took 2 months to get the appointment and had to wait 4 hours on mall as I don't have ride. Could be better on managing appointments.

Geek Squad in Orange, CT did an awesome job. Looking to go back and get other things installed.

Overall great product would recommend. Took long to install then expevcted. Scheduling ok but need more stores tthat do this

I always recommend getting a remote start installed at BB. Works right the first time, and post installation support is amazing. Always happy to help with resttings to make sure it works like you want it to. Even if you are capable of doing the install yourself, why would you. These guys know what they are doing.

The geek squad who installed our car remote were with good customer service & were prompt in accomplishing requested service.

So i got this one on a dayle deal and it was the remote starter with instalation when i got there tec told me that i need to pay extra for bunch of things all edning up like extra 120$ i was desapointed but other then that he did a great job
