I pretty much hate this product. The whole point is to have something you can leave plugged in and have a reliable back-up in case of power outage, but it charges and discharges while plugged in randomly, meaning it is not dependable at all. Have spent wayyyy too much time dealing with customer service, including specialized message centers, and trying to schedule a time so they can get item back. JUST REFUND THE ENTIRE PURCHASE PRICE.

It works but you need to buy a solar powered kit to make it charge off the sun
