can't match with the price with the quality it provides! video resolution for the back camera is a bit low, but still consider the price, it is a good investment

I've been looking to purchase a dash cam for quite some time. After stumbling across the Rexing Dash Cam, I can honestly say I made a great choice. From the moment the camera was removed from the box, it was an easy, seamless setup. Operating the front and back cameras is simple. My only downside is that there is quite a bit of glare in the dash cam monitor, especially on sunny days. Other than the issues of a strong glare, it's a great investment to make for safety and security!

This mirror dash cam works very well. It fit over my existing mirror like a glove. I have a Jeep Wrangler so mounting the rear camera is not easy. One feature that I wished it had is the ability to invert the rear camera view using software. In my case, the camera fits better upside down so rather than trying to figure out how to change the mounting method, it would be much better if I was able to flip this image instead.

Good for what you pay for. Its my first dash cam so i dont have anything to compare it to. But would recommend as entry level.

easy to install and does what i want. records both front and back and acts like a backup cam.

I bought this for my 2005 Mazda Tribute and I really feel like it helped update the overall of it. I think it's trippy as a camera that it is always showing me the rear view like a mirror would, which is occasionally distracting in the evening and also sometimes it makes me more fearful that I maybe rear ended because people really creep up on the back end and lights make them look closer. But overall if I have any issues the guys in the installation department have been able to address the questions and they did install it for me MONTHs after buying it, which helped me budget the whole process. I got it on sale for less than $100 which is also a win. I guess the only reason it lost a star is that I fear it has more features than I know how to use on it, so I feel a little like it maybe going to waste- not their fault but maybe a link to a YouTube video for users would be awesome.

I chose to try this Back-Up Camera Mirror First instead of a traditional back up cam with a wireless screen. I thought it'd be hidden (well, more hidden than a screen on the dash) but the mirror goes over your existing one and is a good size bigger than a traditional rearview mirror. This had some cool features, like a dashcam that would record simultaneously, a "parking-bump" feature, and it did look pretty cool at first. The Dash Cam & Backup Camera itself worked great. The image was always pretty clear and was responsive. The downsides are that it uses A LOT of power. So if you forget to turn it off when exiting your vehicle, the battery could very well be dead next time you go to start it. This was also an issue because of the "parking-bump" feature. Although you could change the intensity of the vibration the mirror sensed before Recording while you were out of the vehicle; it seemed to record Majority of the time. But again, theres a great image for all Camera's & maybe you can tweak the settings better than i could.

TheRexing - M1 1296P Mirror Front and Rear Dash Cam - Black is an excellent product and the Best Buy Geek Squad installed it perfectly. The imaging, wide angle view and colors are sharp and clear. It is a very helpful device and I rcommend it for anyone needing a back up camera. The dash cam is a very nice extra feature providing all the image quality as the back up cmaera. // Allen Beck

It's my fourth buy. Bought them for myself and as gift. Quality and easy to use.

I like the feature of being able to see behind at all times. Often hard to see in bright sunlight.

Had the Geek Squad install this puppy in my car. Worth it as I got the Total Tech Support package and basically installation was free. Picture crystal clear. Backing up does exactly what it claims to do. I've had no issues whatsoever. At $129 I would get it for my other car. When it was on sale for $79+ tax and free installation, that's an $87 well spent.

I bought this camera and hung it on my rear mirror. Its photos and videos are very clear and smooth.

Everything came nicely packaged and protected. I like the sleek design. The arms that support it on the existing rear view mirror don't extend which would be nice for larger mirrors but they do seem to bend and still fit. Image quality is good. The manual didn't have any instructions for hooking up the reverse line to trigger the back up camera but I found one on the web.
