I also have the rear camera and the rear facing cab camera. You don’t get as high of resolution when using the other camera and I ended up just taking the cab camera off. Otherwise seems to work well. It’s a little complicated to get your videos downloaded.

After using this camera for 3 months, I got tired and frustrated with this cam. It would restart on its own at random times, fail to start at starting vehicle, fail to recognize my memory card at random times. This would not be fixed no matter how many times i restarted the camera, or reset the camera. I also tried using a different brand memory card with no luck. One time I was driving and was almost involved in a car accident when another driver ran a red light. Even though i had this dashcam hardwired installed it did not capture anything!!! This was when i went back to Best Buy to get a replacement. Fastfoward one week and i received the new same dashcam. This second dashcam was even worst. It never recognized the incab cam or rear view cam. It would restart on its own like the previous one and then finally would not boot up. I was stuck with a brick. Thankfully i had some of the components cover with Best Buy geek squad protect. I got some of my money back and bought a different dashcam. Stay away from this dashcam!!!

Two days after it was installed it recorded an incident. The other parties insurance paid for my damages. Mission accomplished. BUY, you won't regret. Better safe than sorry! Also, very small + blends in with your car easily.

I warranted one because it stopped working in the first couple weeks I had it and BB gave me a new one. Now this one has suffered the same fate. It turns on and stays on the home screen. It won't load, it won't record, it won't respond. This is the same problem I had with my original one. If you are looking for a good reliable dash cam, this isn't it...

The voice recognition on this camera is more of a nuisance than a feature. This camera will chop up you 20 minute drive into 10-12 small videos with 30 second to 1 minute un-recorded gaps. I can't get this camera to reliably download the videos to my phone via the wi-fi LAN it comes installed with. Bottom line, this is NOT a reliable camera and is not worth the price tag it has.
