Great addition to my arcade collection. I purchased on sale and feel it was well worth it. The wheel feels well built but the pedals feel a bit flimsy. The build quality is good, but it was a little more involved than other arcade1up cabinets I’ve put together. The games are fun, but i wish the Ridge racer games allowed you to change views. Ofher than that it’s great.

Overall good cabinet. I initially was not going to get this one because I'm not a big Ridge Racer fan, but I'm glad it pulled the trigger. This cab has 5 racing games and the Ace Driver series games a extremely fun. After playing the Ridge Racer games in this form factor I actually like it (Rave Racer is also extremely fun). All games on this cabinet are challenging and very fun to play with a good veriety of courses. The only downside is the sound. But after plugging up a Logitech sub and using the included headphone jack for both the sub and stock speakers, the cabinet is at a new level now. Other than the sound issue, the cabinet is well worth the price of admission.

I purchased this to replace my Outrun cabinet as I wanted more updated and realistic racing games. Was delivered quickly and in great condition. No defects/scratches at all. Fairly easy to assemble. Lining up all the holes when attaching second side panel is the trickiest part but not too bad. Great looking cabinet and the games look and play great. I agree with others the sound could use an upgrade but it's fine when you are immersed in a game. I added some gas/brake pedal covers to give them a more robust feel.

The weak link is the speakers. Not very loud. I had some issues with the force feedback breaking and I broke the gas pedal. Arcade1up has great customer service and got me the replacement parts very quickly. The cab is usually 600$ but I got it with an in store promotion (Black Friday) half off. One of my favorite cabs.

I own 14 Arcade 1 up machines, Ridge Racer makes my 15th. The steering wheel feels nice and solid, it does have a rumble feature which is nice. The cabinet look good and the graphics are nice and crisp. The sound isn’t that great or loud, but it is adequate for my taste. Overall, a really solid fun unit that will have great replay value.

My unit unfortunately had a bad monitor but I helped a friend put his together and have played on his machine. This machine was the most complex of the Arcade1Up's to put together to date, mostly because of the top of the unit with a different marquee style. I've read a bunch of criticism of the sound but it sounds good to me. The wheels and pedals can be calibrated easily after an automatic over-the-air update. If you don't have wifi, you can press the start and live button while the unit is off and hold them down while you turn it on and it should take you to calibration. The steering wheel has a rumble feature on three of the games. It's not exactly force feedback, but it's a nice feature to have.

This cab gets no play. I didn't play these titles in the arcade. Cab looks great. Wheel feels great. Pedals feel fragile. Waiting for my Buy Stuff Arcades mod kit. I want to get use out of this driving cab. Black Friday steal, or I would regret the purchase.

I've purchased Arcade1Up machines in the past, so I expected good from this one. I am EXTREMELY impressed with this machine: the screen is very nice, steering wheel very decent and the shifter is great. This machine even has Wifi built-in, so you will likely get an auto-update when first turning it on. It's really easy to assemble simply by following the instructions; just read thoroughly and don't hurry through; examine the pictures very carefully and you will not miss anything in assembling. Arcade1Up Top Notch!!

Speakers are horrible luckily there is a headphone jack for other speakers. The pedals are very cheap and will be the first thing to break. Steering is good and games are similar but fun. Only bought it because it was on super sale. Also best buy doesnt offer protection unless you join thier new club for hundreds of dollars.

Prompt delivery. These can be a bit of challenge to assemble, but I've had enough practice assembling other Arcade 1up products. Purchased for $399, which at the time was a pretty good value. My family is having fun with it.

The steering wheel and gear shift feels well made. The cabinet design is cool and is unique to other Arcade1up cabinets. The light up marquee looks good. Having rumble feedback in the steering wheel when making turns adds some realism. However, there are some negatives. First, the is the quality of the pedals could be better particularly the springs. Second, the sound is low and tinny. I read the pcb audio output has issues. Connecting speakers with a subwoofer to the headphone jack is one solution to the sound issue.

Game is fun get to go on 5 different tracks. Bought mainly to get grandson do something when over to keep himself busy other than watching youtube tv cars getting smatched. He can do it in the game. Use a chair easier to drive and use the brake

LOVE IT, ITS ACTUALLY LIKE YOU ARE REALLY RACING AND VERY EASY TO PLAY DIFFERENT TRACKS THE KIDS HAVE A BLAST AND SO DOES THE ADULTS

Awesome machine. The games run flawlessly. Both thr kids snd adults love playing it; however, it would be nice if it offered the ability to changed other players or like machines.

We got this bad boy up and running. Takes about an hour to put together. Has 5 games on it. Ridge Race, Ridge Racer 2, Rave Racer, Ace Driver, and Ace Driver: Victory Lap. The wheel feels great but the pedals feel like junk. Very fun if your buddies are over. 2 units can be linked together as well for multiplayer.

Its...just alright. I was looking forward to having a race game. The two Ridge Racer games are frustrating - when you hit anything at all, you bounce nearly to a stop. The two Ace Driving games are fun. The unreleased game, you can tell it was. All in all I and others have enjoyed playing this machine, but only 2/5 games. That's disappointing.

Controls are great. Rumble steering wheel works on some games, which is awesome. Good game list. Worth for the nostalgia alone!

After putting this together (like a combination of Ikea-style furniture and connecting a desktop PC), I found none of the games seemed to work correctly. The included instructions describe how to calibrate the controls but they strongly suggested this shouldn't be necessary. I followed the calibration, which was very fast and very simple, and then everything has worked perfectly since. Aside from that easily-solvable issue, this has been a very fun addition to my den. The controls don't feel cheap at all - which was a very pleasant surprise.
