This alarm works really well with Alexa and the ring app. I can turn on from my bedroom directly from the app on my phone. The alarm is surprisingly loud.

Have owned for quit some time now and My Family LOVES it!! Best home security ever. No high monthly fees. The app shows everything and can even set on the app.

Bought it and returned it to Best Buy. Amazon will sell it cheaper and also provide a payment plan. The system itself is easy to set up and works well.

Great system and easy to setup and use. Be sure your modem and router can support the system. Netgear modem has a couple of modes to the setup

Great Ring and Alexa Show prices, but support varied quite widely. Ensure that the Best Buy person actually knows what they are talking about. This took me three trips...and I live 40 minutes away. Additionally, there were issues getting the installation date set and only part of the system was installed. I wanted someone to do it since my workload was high, but should have just done the install myself. Geek Squad can only do the low voltage stuff so exterior wired lights are not within their scope. As far as Ring goes, it is pretty easy to install, but really comes down to trial and error for the settings. Had one bad motion detector but Ring changed that out. Overall, satisfied, but determining the right equipment bill of material and setting the installation was painful.

overall it serves my purposes except I wish the device was easier to program for sound level.
