I upgraded my ring alarm to the 2nd Gen because i could not get my original sensor to reconnect when I moved to my new apartment but this is made a little different from the first one I have an I like it. It does the job. I dont pay nothing, i just use the notifications to alert me if something happens.

My daughter uses this in place of her old alarm system through an alarm company. She said it was easy to install & setup. She was able to add to her Ring app. So far so good.

Very easy to install. Interface with ring cameras and monitoring account has been seamless. Only negative has been the motion censor not sticking to the wall strongly.

I recently installed the Ring 8 Piece Security Kit and it was very easy to follow the instructions and get everything up and running. I purposely haven't turned over the monitoring to Ring because I wanted to get familiar with the operation before doing so. This is a great value (especially when on sale) and has many security features including, an alarm module, a motion sensor, 4 door sensors and a wi-fi extender. I have set this system to help protect my pole barn, I would highly recommend this system and note that if you have any issues the Ring Technical Support Team is very professional and easy to work with,

We added this inside Ring to what we had already. And it has worked very well, we’re pleased with the Ring system and it’s so easy to use.
