Great system. We already had the Ring doorbell, so this made sense. And it was easy. We switched from GUARDIAN to this with monitoring. Much better prices for the same service. And we can add cameras and contact points whenever we want. I used my TOTALTECH membership to have BestBuy install everything. Great service all the way around.

I purchased a new house and my wife wanted a security system. Since standard security systems are incredibly expensive, I researched Ring. It is a super-easy DIY solution and is great for the average homeowner who wants piece of mind. The alarm is SUPER LOUD, so no issues hearing it from anywhere in the house. There is no monthly cost, but if you want more features (like arming/disarming remotely) you'll need to pay a monthly or annual subscription.

I recently purchased and installed the ring alarm system. Easy to install, good protection plans, seemless integration with alexa, reliable performance, it is expandable. This wont work with google home or google assistant.

Very quick, easy, and simple set-up. Seamless app control and connectivity. I like that the keypad can be mobile but I chose to mount it in a permanent location. Additional ring devices can be added to the system at later times with minimal effort. The monitoring fee is AWESOME! Who can beat $10/mo or $100/yr(Don't be cheap, pay the full year upfront and save the $20) When I inadvertently set off the alarm, whilst I was away, I did get the call from Ring so I can say that they are on top of it as far as response time. Best of all, if you move, you can take it with you, along with the fact you can monitor yourself, multiple properties, if you install, even without the professional monitoring.

They system works great! No complaints with equipment. Installers were friendly, courteous and helpful. Only compliant is with installation scheduling. Installer was from Fort Atkinson, WI. Service location was in Yuba, WI. Installer had to drive from Fort Atkinson to La Crosse, WI and then back to Yuba for installation. There are Best Buy stores in Madison, WI which is on the way from Fort Atkinson to Yuba, WI. Going to La Crosse to pick up the equipment and back to Yuba, WI is adding approx. 5 hours to his trip.

So far the best DIY security systems. I have installed this item in 4 different homes and I have been able to manage them all on my phone. I like the auto schedule app, very convenient. I had to purchase small screws to securely fasten the units on some of the frames.

The system is easy and quick to install. The camera's are high definition. The monitoring service is only $10.00 a month and there is no contract requirement. It has limited battery for power outages to allow you continued monitoring. I love my ring devices and the service.

Excellent Buy. This security system offers very user-friendly installation. Videos are available to walk you through each step of the installation and activation process. The peace of mind this security system adds is priceless. Moreover, it's very reasonably priced.

Easy set up and easy to use. Had to adjust the setting for motion detector. Thankfully there’s a delayed alarm, otherwise we’d wake up the neighborhood on a false alarm. Notifications are instantaneous. I only wish you could add custom alert notifications to the home base but I’m still happy with the purchase

It’s a ring. What is there to write about other than it works like a charm. Canceled adt for home and my business by installing these in both locations. Can manage both locations in same app. Bye bye expensive alarm companies.

This alarm system has been critical to my home security. It was very easy to set up, use, administrate, everything about it is spot on, the only thing I don’t like about it is the 30 second delay minimum they have in entering the home, they should set it out to be five or 10 seconds. 30 seconds is far too long, people can get off with a lot of stuff before the alarm sounds, a lot of people have been complaining about this for a long time, but I don’t see RING fixing it as of yet!

After several years of getting ripped off by other home security companies i decided to go with this Ring setup. Installation was very straightforward. It works great and the Ring app is much better than the competition. Very happy with this setup.

Absolutely amazing how quick and easy the system went together and got me hooked up complete with my cameras and doorbell‘s. Having first sold a ring doorbell I was familiar with the product line but never got around to purchasing the full alarm system. Going away on vacation I need a peace of mind so I purchased the system the night before I was scheduled to fly away. In just a couple of hours the system was up and running it even came with a signal booster that helped with the original ring cameras and made installing sensors all over the whole a piece of cake. They even factor in practice time for a week before you’re connected to the service a great foresight on their part. All in all this is truly a system that is easy to install simple to use with great connectivity and piece of mind. Highly recommended
