We had a tech come out to our house a few days ago to install a security system. The tech did an outstanding job in getting everything installed, ensuring that the system worked correctly. He spent time with us explaining all the components and how everything worked. In addition he left us with a flyer to let us know what we need to do if something goes wrong and his contact number for any questions and his manager. This is why I have been a loyal customer to Best Buy and will continue. Even when I go into the store the staff is very helpful.

This is one of my favorite purchases ever!!!! I have never had an alarm system (mostly because I could not afford it) but I love how easy it was to install, easy it is to use and the comfort of knowing our family is protected. The only thing I don't like is that the notification tone for an open door/ window is a little mild. I am sure this is intential so that it does not annoy people but I have little ones so I worry one day they will open the door and I might not hear the tone (would prefer "door open" vocal). Otherwise I love this product and highly recommend it.

This system is very easy to install and works as expected. The only thing I dislike is there are not enough pieces for my home and to buy each of them separate was a little pricey. I know there are other systems with more, but it wasn't what I needed. This is a great starter kit. I had an issue with a stick cam not working after a few days, but I called Ring and they are sending a free replacement. The customer service was outstanding! Other than that, I have no issues to report.

I am very impressed with the Ring Security System. It is easy to install and use. Built-in battery backups and cellular connection keep my system up no matter what. Easily integrates with Alexa for added security and functionality as well.

Easy to set up in an old or new home for sure! The system is already set up so when you add the base to the Ring app, it already knows all of the devices.

We’re switching from another system that was always failing on us. Ring has been great. Super easy to connect all the devices and to use them with Alexa as well. The keypad on this second gen is user friendly for my mother-in-law. She can see it easily enough to not have to put her glasses on. I also like that you can move the keypad around. I’ll be playing around with this more but so far, definitely superior to other systems.

Great Product. Very easy to install. The ring door or window senors where you have to play around depending on your home setup. I had couple issues opening windows and found out I needed to re-position the sensor closer for better contact.

Purchased to protect our new home. We've used both Ring and Simplisafe in the past. Ring was on sale so we went with it. We have the Best Buy installation program and took advantage of it for planning the system component installation. The installation guys were on time and professional. The installation on our two doors and four windows took a little over an hour. The system is simple for homeowners to use--no degree in computer science needed to work it. I like that it's compatible with Alexa and can be worked through that app as well as the Ring doorbell app. Would buy again.

Super simple install. Took me less than an hour to set up a new account and mount all the components in my apartment.

I love ring. It’s just unfortunate they don’t support HomeKit from Apple. Would love to see my cameras on my Apple TV etc. otherwise the ring app is great! And all the sensors took a minute to put up but it wasn’t hard at all. Even though it lacks HomeKit I am still keeping Ring.

Love the Ring System. After installation it was super easy to figure out and begin to use immediately. The entire process is self explanatory and we feel so much safe now that we have this installed. App is also great to use as well.

I absolutely love this system. Super easy to set up. User interface friendly. Very sleek and blends into my decor. My only complaint And feedback would be I’d wish you could get an additional siren just as loud as the main unit. The main unit is around 104dbs. And believe It’s loud but I’d just like to have an extra siren outside or even the basement. To wrap up my summary I’d absolutely recommend this product to anyone.

My husband and I purchased this for our grandson. With him moving to a Major City in Texas to complete his education, we thought about safety first for him and his apartment. He is relatively in a good area to live, but it never hurts to have a little extra security, especially on this day of time. No one knows our future but it never hurts to know and use possible security precautions. Thank you for making these Texas Grandparents happy and feel that our grandson be safe as he continues on his journey.
