Easy to set up and Total Tech came to our place and did it for us in about an hour. Much more affordable option than going with a private security company. We chose to self monitor with just archived recordings of the front camera rather than to go with the $20 a month option of professional monitoring. The extra camera is set up in the living room so we can watch our infant in her play area. The keypad is nice to have but you can do everything with your phone app. Comes with one motion detector and the four sensors cover all the entrances of our house.

Just set it up. Seems easy to use and has great reviews on using it plus was a sale great price. Since it is brand new nothing bad can really be said. So far so good.

This alarm makes me feel safe an secure ! I had a professional alarm system with sentry watch at my previous address and Ring is just as effective for only $10 a month. It's easy to install and I can take it when I leave!

This is the second Ring 2nd Gen system I've installed. It replaced a SmartThings hub that was awful in both alarm operation and use. Ring offers a professional monitoring option for a decent price, making this a legitimate system for homeowner insurance discounts. Installation was really impressive - the Ring hub interface holds your hand the whole way through, providing superb documentation in simple, pleasant dialogue. I never had to troubleshoot a single aspect of the install for 20+ devices - and that's impressive indeed given everything it's doing behind the scenes. Q-code install and alarm operation are done through the mobile app, although they do have a login web portal as well.

Love our Ring system! Very easy to install and works beautifully! We plan on buying more inside and outside cameras. Of course we will purchase them from BEST BUY! Very happy with our purchase!

Best security system. Easy installation with 3M tapes. Easy connection with Wifi. Tip: Remember to use your base to update the firmware to all the cameras and sensors.

I got this Ring - Alarm 8-Piece Security Kit on an urgent basis as my current system ADT Smartthings security become unsupported. the setup was quick & simple. It's a great quality product.

Following a home break-in, we researched and installed the Ring security system in our home this summer. The customer service team has helped my husband through several questions and have been incredibly helpful through setting up this system with us. Their customer service team is knowledgeable and patient. I recommend this system and the Ring cameras to anyone looking for additional peace of mind and security in their home and on their property. Wishing we had installed this system sooner, as we had been talking about it for months. Sometimes hindsight is 20/20.

I left ADT for this amazing product. East to setup and much cheaper than ADT,

I sleep better at night knowing my place if business has active security measures in place. I get motion alerts at the door and through the interior of the building. I additionally purchased and installed cameras throughout. If someone makes the poor choice of breaking in, I will be alerted, can view them live on the camera and speak to them. The Ring Security sign on the door is different than the one that simply comes with a doorbell as it specifically states that an Audio and Video Security Surveillance System is present. This would also be a great product for a vacation home.
