Because we didn't know how to set it up. When he looked at everything we purchased, he said the 9 piece part of the system was unnecessary. The salesman said we did. When i tried to return it, I was told the 2 week return policy had expired! 2WEEKS?!!! We hadn't even taken it out of the box! 2WEEKS?!!! Are you kidding me?!!! WE'RE DONE WITH BEST BUY! WHAT A RIPOFF!!!
