Wish it picked up packages against the house better but overall really good. Easy to install and good picture

I would be happy to address your concern regarding the issue that you are experiencing with detecting package. The Ring Battery Doorbell Pro has Package Detection capabilities as part of its Smart Alerts feature. To improve package detection against your house, you can adjust the Package Zone and sensitivity settings:
1. Open the Ring app and go to your doorbell's settings
2. Tap Motion Settings
3. Tap Smart Alerts
4. Under Package, tap Customize
5. Select Package Zone to adjust where your doorbell detects packages
6. Select Package Sensitivity to find the right balance between missed deliveries and unwanted alerts
For best Package Alert accuracy, it's recommended to set Motion Sensitivity to the highest setting, though this may affect battery life and increase notifications. Note that Package Alerts work best with medium-to-large shipping boxes. Smaller items like envelopes, tubes, small boxes, and food deliveries might not be detected as effectively.

The picture quality and quick response is what is on point! Installation was made easy. I went back to BestBuy and got the spotlight pro and had no regrets. Pairing with Alexa makes it like I’m in the future with notifications and video on it. I love it that people can leave messages with the Ring pro. I’m so happy with it.

We just upgraded our doorbell to this model and we love it! Color and resolution is excellent. Also, when someone rings the bell we get an immediate email. Just look at the phone and see who's there! So easy - I highly recommend.

It still pickup movement. Picture is clear during daytime and nighttime. Almost forgot it pickup sounds too. It does everything it say it can do even through tinted glass screen door. I mounted it to a steel door using Ring No-Drill Mount.

Great quality and was easy to install. We are using this with the Ring Chime and it is working perfectly. It's great to have both cameras on the same app. I highly recommend Ring.

The read of the photo/screen is clearer and better than the last ring model. Wish the batteries lasted longer. Still having a problem with staying connected to the wifi but better then it was before and lasting longer. Price is steep but hopfully it will come down soon.

With the HD video, 3D motion and birds eye view I purchased one. It is all it says my videos are crisp and the views are so much better than the one I had. I recommend this to anyone that wants to upgrade their doorbell.

Plug and use, the camera angle has improved with a wide view. The camera does not use too much battery life, which we enjoy.

My area satellite coverage doesn’t support “Bird’s Eye View” at this time so that application isn’t available to me. Otherwise it performs exceptionally well.
