I had trouble hearing the doorbell the contractor put in our new house. This doorbell isn't loud enough, even though I think I have it turned up as loud as it will go. I can't hear it from parts of our house. The house is three bedrooms all on a slab. It's really not that big.

Posted .Hi What. Being able to hear when someone is at your front door is definitely an important concern. You can plug the Chime Pro into any standard power outlet in your home to hear audible alerts from your Doorbell. After setting your Chime Pro up in the Ring app, make sure to link it to your Doorbell by following the steps outlined here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211156426-Setting-Up-Your-Ring-Chime-Pro-2nd-Generation-to-Work-with-a-Ring-Device.
