I thought this device was worth it, but it didn’t meet my needs. I should’ve done more research. I wanted to have a nightlight, so I tried this. The nightlight is not bright enough for what I was looking for. I also expected to have the device do chimes for when doors and windows open. Then device only does chimes for when the doorbell is pressed.

The Ring Chime Pro is designed to work as a wifi extender for connected Ring cameras and doorbells, while providing notification chimes of motion and doorbell ding events. With the Ring Alarm we provide door and window sensors which will provide you with a notification from the base station when a door or window has been opened.
