Great Product!

It even has a night light (which can be turned off) if you need to use it. I definitely recommend it if you have any Ring devices and need a good wifi extender as well as a great notifier.

Didn't notice much of a difference at all. ended up buying the xfinity pods to increase service to my garage they works great 70% of the time, 30% I have a blind camera at garage. my impression is, this is a pricey add on that doesn't seem to improve bad internet coverage at all. although the night light is handy.

It sounds like the device is not operating as expected. Even with your Chime Pro, your router is still your main source of connection for your Ring device. Ideally, the maximum distance between the router and your device is 20-25 feet with the Chime Pro about halfway between the Ring device and your router. If possible, try moving the router closer to the device. Also, make sure your router is not in a closet or behind furniture, like a sofa, so the router has an unobstructed signal.

The added night light feature is a nice touch. You can definitely disable this feature if you prefer to have it off. I also like the look of this Ring Chime Pro compared to the previous versions. Just purchased it a few days ago and so far no issues.

This device allows me to extend the range of connectivity for my ring spotlight camera.

I purchased this Ring Chime Pro about a month ago and haven't had a connection problem yet. Cons: Set up takes a little time and it is a little pricey $50. Pros: extends wifi for only ring products and has a night light that we use for our stairway.

They can customize the ring, and it also boosts the wifi range of other Ring devices so some cameras don't cut out anymore. The "installation" is easy enough a tech-challenged individual should have little to no problems setting it up.

I had a problem before living in a bldg full of condos. The strength of the signal improved a lot once it was installed.

It is sometimes tricky for me to change the doorbell tone through the app.

I got this more for the range extension feature than the chime (which works great). This solved her signal problem. Too bad that the range extender only works for Ring products.

Not super loud but my house isn’t all that big anyway. If you have a two story house you might need one on each floor.
