Chimes aren't loud enough

The chimes just aren't loud enough, and more often than not, don't even ring when the doorbell is hit. CONSTANTLY have to reset it and check the connection. It does help with extending the WiFi to my cameras that are a little further away from my router.

We understand how important it is to hear your Ring alerts throughout your home. The Ring Chime is intended to amplify Ring alerts so that you can hear them when you are away from your phone. Rest assured, we hear your concern and are here to help.
If you haven't already, please use the Ring app to increase the volume on your device. As a reference, here is how:
- Launch the Ring app and tap the main menu.
- Select the word Devices.
- Tap your Chime.
- Select Audio Settings.
- Tap Chime Tones.
From here, you can choose the sounds your device makes and increase the volume. If you happen to run into issues or need further assistance, please reach us directly. For any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out on our community forum at https://community.ring.com/.

Have it in the bedroom near the camera to boost WiFi signal to it. Not only does the trick but also gives me notice of anyone/anything around even if I don’t have my phone on hand.

The ability to have the doorbell connect to the Chimes’ Wi-Fi greatly improved the video quality of the doorbell. Also great being able to hear the doorbell in the house rather than just on the phone.

We recently installed a new Exterior Security cam, but it couldn't sync to our Ring system. Once we installed the Ring Chime Pro, the Exterior Security cam had no problem connecting.

We didn’t even know we needed it at first, but it has helped tremendously with response and connection. Since we have 4 kids with an average of two devices a piece, it has not compromised our router with the extra load. Totally recommend the entire ring line.

Having a solid connection ensures you do not miss any activity around your home. We can definitely provide you with some information regarding your concern.
It sounds like the device is not operating as expected. Even with your Chime Pro, your router is still your main source of connection for your Ring device. Ideally, the maximum distance between the router and your device is 20-25 feet with the Chime Pro about halfway between the Ring device and your router. Also, make sure your router is not in a closet or behind furniture, like a sofa, so the router has an unobstructed signal.

The wifi kept cutting off. I read up about this product and reviews This did the magic Excellent product for excellent results
