Rest assured, we are here to help you!
It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. We are happy to share some troubleshooting steps with you to get your Ring Smart Lighting Bridge working as it needs to.
Check the following items:
Check to make sure your Bridge is turned on.
Check the power supply from the power source to make sure your Bridge is receiving electricity.
Try unplugging and replugging your Bridge. It should reconnect automatically.
Check your Firmware status on the Ring app and make sure your Bridge is up-to-date.
Restart the router and run through the setup process again. Make sure you correctly enter your password.
Try resetting your Bridge back to factory setting by pressing the Reset button on the side of the case for at least 15 seconds. Then run through the setup process again.
