They were easy to set up. I installed 2 of the 3 floodlights I purchased. Within a few hours one disconnected from the bridge and then the other. After troubleshooting, I got 1 set back up. The other one never reconnected. Ring support never responded until I got an email to rate them and I rated them the lowest I could. They suggested putting the light closer to the bridge but it still didn’t work when the bridge and light were sitting right next to each other on the table. I plan on returning these and buying some more Arlo lights. And looking for a new video doorbell to get rid of Ring altogether.

In that regard, it does what it should. It's one more thing to keep plugged in to an outlet, but that's the cost of having a "smart home" I guess. Ah well. Good product, I recommend it.

Personally i think the bridge should be built into the ring alarm base station but it is what it is. It works and now i k ow when someone is in my mailbox .

I can now control the intensity of the lighting and the sensitivity to motion. Very useful allowing me to use with an app on my cell phone.
