Product works as expected with no issues. Easy installation

Added this camera to my ever growing "Ring" security/doorbell equipped home. I'm always looking for a deal and this was an excellent deal and ideal for a corner of my backyard. It arrived fairly quickly and looked brand new! Everything was in the box that you needed. After fully charging the battery, I paired it to the Ring and Alexa app. The field of vision is amazingly large for a smaller camera! Its almost as good as my spotlight wired cam! You can mount it several ways and I choose the mount affixed to the back of the camera for the location I mounted it to. Really simple install, setup and the battery is still in the higher side on 90+%! Battery life will differ +/- depending on how you set it in the app to function. Right now I am using the recommended setting and based on the pattern that it has used only a 2-3% battery for the last couple of weeks, I feel fairly safe in saying mine should last for at least 90 +/- days before needing recharged. Weather will also play a role in battery usage but I have mine in a shaded roof overhang to avoid direct sun light. Weatherproof and compact, portable and powerful! The siren is definitely 90db and after trying it my neighbor had to call and check to see if all was alright... ;) Great night vision and you can put it in a night color mode that helps view live and recording clearer and cleaner. I mentioned it being portable, you can always take it down and have it travel with you or set it up in a special location in your home. Of course it will need wifi/internet but we have that already at home, on our phones and as an add on in our vehicle. All said, this is an amazing camera and it works perfectly and no matter that is refurbished, it still operates and looks brand new but with a cheaper price tag!! You can power this several ways and the best I have found is with the solar panel sold separately. They (Ring) even has a 110volt plug also sold separately. I have the solar panel, which charges the battery it seems faster that removing the battery and using the electricity. I purchased 2 of these cameras and 1 solar panel, this one is all on internal battery. 2 way talk or just listen, siren, easy set up, ease of use, portability and best of all another tool to help protect my family, home and property.

Easy set up. Pictures are pretty good. Have two cameras up. One on front of garage one on back of garage. Back does excellent with movement. Front not so good, yes cameras are equal distance from WiFi, often front camera toward street doesn’t even activate. Call ring, of course they suggest an WiFi extension, but I believe through research it to be a camera issue. Seeing how I have watched cars, trucks, motorcycles and buses drive by with no activation, but rear camera towards alley picks up bicycles, kids walking, four wheelers and even traffic a block away. I have 14 days left on trial if it still has issues next week I will have to return it.

Easy set up, Easy to install, Clear and great video. Only thing I recommend you get is a wifi extender to get a strong signal to it and the solar panel to keep it charged. Solar panel works awesome with this camera

I like my Ring system (1 back yard, 1 front yard and one by my front door) but I there are a few minor glitches that are unappealing. I have really good internet, but when I go to review past video... it doesn't play second by second and jumps. To the point where it will not even catch a person walking to my front door to drop off a package and then leave. It will literally be nothing, and then BOOM like magic... package. The video is decent, not blurry but not super clear either. I would recommend it because it's not BAD, but I am sure there are better ones out there.

I finally got a chance to putting one of them up before vacation. The charging process threw me for a loop. But not one to waste time, left them on charger while at work. Setting up on the app was a little stressful because scans wanted to be finicky. But once, set up and in play, it works pretty good...not bad for refurbished.

In short: A no brainer if you already have other Ring products like a doorbell or alarm, but should be considered even if you don't. I was lucky enough to test out the Stick Up cam via a beta tester program with Ring a while back and was really impressed with the performance and Ring's engineers responsiveness to the beat tester's suggestions and questions about the HW and the app's interactions with it. As a beta tester, I received a free camera to test and was allowed to keep it after I submitted my reviews, test results and posted questions. I liked it so much, when I saw this one on sale I bought it. Person detection is good, but I can see things that could be better. But I know there are more improvements to come soon via firmware updates, so I'm looking forward to some of my needs/wants being met. And the recordings are really great; have some great footage of deer on my front lawn that other cams missed. Raccoons too; had no idea my place was so popular.

It works great! We bought A Blink camera first but this is much better great quality video.

The price is right it works perfect with my other pieces around my home, highly recommend

It works great & does exactly what its suggested to do. But, I had recently replaced the window that it is looking through that has a slight tint so now it can't detect anything outside. I can view but not monitor.

love it! great product! jsut be aware that the lifht is super strong if you move or catches something! tou have to purchase to get the recorded videos! overall very good quality and like it!

I use it in the apartment. I posted it outside the apartment and the neighbors informed management that I was violating their privacy. So the maintenance team where I live took it down and it is now in my house. I got a Ring for the outside. It is good, but not as good as the Security Camera. I am able to see people enter into the apartment complex from the parking lot. It helps especially since I have deliveries to the apartment for my 94 year old mother. Please ask your apartment management before purchasing and posting it outside of your door.

Works just as described. Used on the outside of my house and they work great. However, you’ll need a good light at tonight to see everything

I really like my ring cameras. It's nice to have everything in one app. My ring security system is the best I ever had.

I am using same camera for my front works great but this one was registered on another person’s name, hence I had to return to the store.

I absolutely love all my ring products! Being a single woman who has had safety issues in the past ring has given me a sense of security. It has also helped me when i had issues with a dishonest neighbor. I have two stick up cams, the doorbell cam and im ao happy with all of them that I just orders a spotlight camer which I have yet to install. They all work well and are easy to install and use!
