My first doorbell camera... Installation was pretty straightforward. Plenty of instructions (and a video) made it a snap. All the tools and multiple faceplates are included (exceeded my expectations). Chime Pro (included) is pretty darn cool too. The app has plenty of features allowing customization in ways you'd expect and a few were pleasantly surprising. (like ignoring when your across-the-street neighbors come-and-go from your motion detecting) Love it!

Really enjoy this camera. Picture is great quality, can check in on the front of the house when ever motion is detected. Highly recommend over the regular ring due to better picture.

This is the best product. I can see on my phone from anywhere who is at my front door. I also have an Alexia Amazon Show and can see who is at my front door and talk to them with the microphone!

Great system ez to monitor great range and clear camera

This is much better than original ring. Only problem is it doesn’t always sync with phone right away but that’s the same with all of the ring products. I do like the quality of the video. The angle placement helps out for my situation. The holes in the wall are from the original ring, I need to fill those in. The different face plates are a nice addition to the product.

First one lasted about a month then all a sudden wouldn't connect to my Wi-Fi. Did every possible reset/fix. Fortunately I had a longer return window Becuz of Xmas. Otherwise would of been screwed. Hopefully no issues with this one. At 1month exactly at time of writing this sooo we shall see. I think motion detection is really good and detection zones are Very customizable. I only have the Arlo 720p cameras as a comparison to this

Had to install a transformer because our doorbell is incompatible with the ring doorbell. The ring chime came with our ring pro. Really like that I can chose a ring tone for the doorbell and for the motion. Can also adjust the motion on the doorbell to certain areas etc.

I’m happy that I bought the RING doorbell pro, since I can now see who comes to our door when I’m not even there. The only downside is the default sensitivity which constantly sends notifications to my phone when a car pulls up at the eye of the view, or wind blows a tree limb enough to trip the sensors. That can be tweaked in settings though.

Wish I would’ve bought this sooner. The only reason why I waited because my doorbell location is facing toward the side of neighbor home. I bought a angle mount now I can see down my entire walkway and into the street. I like how I can see outside without having to get up. Overall it’s pretty good but not excellent.

This doorbell was the best option for us as it is the version that you hardwire to where your existing doorbell was. We live in a very cold climate and the hardwired version works in much colder temperatures than the battery version. Not to mention not worrying about charging a battery if it dies while we are out of town, etc. Now for the BUT.... if your existing doorbell wiring isn’t producing at least 16volts, you are in for a long, frustrating process... possibly involving replacing your doorbell transformer (which we had to do). In the end it was all worth it. The doorbell, camera, everything works perfectly. Just be prepared for possibly having to do more then just sticking the doorbell up and being done.

I bought this on a deal for rewards customers. It was a nice promotional offer. The ring doorbell is a good device to have when your away from home or waiting on a package to be delivered.

Most people that I have read in the reviews talks about loosing signal and power it’s says on the instructions you must have a transformer between 16 and 24 volts. I hooked this up in about 30 minutes to the WiFi and works great very happy plus quality of the camera is awesome.

The entire system (camera, doorbell, sensors, chimes, base system and keypads) were very easy to install and setup on my phone. So far so good!!

Great Purchase and very simple instructions and easy installation, we bought the wired one and not sure how we survived without it

Ring Pro was very easy to setup and install. I chose the Pro because it allows me to tweak the field so our cats don't set it off. It works great. I'm very happy with my Ring Pro.

Bought this as a gift from my father and he loves the ring doorbell pro Has a good resolution to it so doesn't look too distorted And I was very easy to install

Need more time of use but so far so good. The video is very clear with great color in daylight but still clear at night with grey tones. There is some delay with the sound but still working to improve that

Excellent results so far and the motion detection and response is better than my other surveillance cameras
