Love the features and ease of use. One flaw I noticed is the delay of pressing the button and it ringing inside. Other than that an awesome product.

Overall, I'm very happy with the Ring video doorbell. My only complaints would be with the motion detection and the video quality. The motion detection is tricky to get dialed in just right so you get alerts every time someone comes to the door, but not every time a car drives by. The video really gets washed out at times when it is sunny out. I have a recessed front door, so I think the camera struggles with the dark shadowed brick and bright sunlight in the same frame. Note: before purchasing, make sure you check out sample videos from YouTube. The "simulated" images on their website are misleading when it comes to the field of view and picture clarity. Even with those small gripes, I'm very happy with our doorbell. I'm actually considering expanding to more Ring products.

Got Ring doorbell for my bday - love the product, but the black/stainless looks terrible on my tan/brick house. May I exchange the item for store credit? Or, if you sell the Ring doorbell in Antique Bronze, I would LOVE to exchange it (& will happily pay any difference in price)! That said, if the Ring doorbell matched my house, I'd give it 5 stars. Ring or Best Buy (whoever reads these reviews), please, please, please contact me! Thank you :)

A cool home security feature. I enjoy looking at people when they ring my bell and the reactions on their faces!

Very Easy Install, Very Easy Set-Up. Physically installed and running in less than 15 minutes. Phone App is good. Motion Detection is good and playback/quality is good for the price.

I purchased this Ring doorbell before Christmas. It was very easy to set up. It took a bit if time to get the motion distance right but once I did, I wasn't getting motion notices because of cars passing in front of my home.

I was able to pick up this Ring doorbell for about $100. Installation could have been easier if I had a flatter surface to begin with, but the video provided was thorough. The hard-wiring was easy with my old doorbell setup (turn off that circuit breaker lol). Once connected to wifi and installed, figure out which settings work best for you. This thing detects just about everything and sends you a notification each time. I set the sensitivity lower since I don’t need to see every car that drives up or down my street. I do like to see when a package is delivered to the front door. After the initial trial period, I paid $30 for a year for basic service. All in all, a terrific deal for my needs.

Love that this Ring is wired or wireless to suit your needs. Read the instructions, watch the videos, and follow along for easy set up and installation. Even comes with proper little tools! You’ll also need your own drill (maybe wire strippers too) Pretty sweet set up for $99! I got the the warranty too. Had a little trouble with wires and with no stripper/cutters I was finally able to wire old doorbell wires to new Ring. Visibility’s very good too. I am feeling pretty confident now and off to buy a wire-free Ring camera. It’s taken me a few years to give in but, it’s a necessary evil these days unfortunately. See pics and have fun!

If you don't have pretty fast speed Internet (I don't) the response time lags, it's delayed. By the time you get notified of motion at your door, like UPS, they're already in their truck. But it is good to capture video, take snapshots, and generally see if you have packages at your door. If they Ring the bell, you can talk to the person. You can if they don't Ring too, but you'll, scare them!

I was under the impression that this install will be painfull and hard to configure. And i was wrong! Ring is a new company but i had a great experience with there support team, witch a called for a minor issue.

I purchased this one line and had it shipped to my house. It had a walk through video to help you install the device and gave you several different ways to install. W/or w/out power. I was able to install it and had it up and working within no time. I love it and only had to adjust the depth of coverage because I had it out too far and it was picking up passing vehicles even at an angle. Great product and I would recommend it and also buy again.

Ring Venetian Bronze Video Doorbell looks great, and works very well. Battery lasts a couple months with heavy use. Sometimes there is a delay, by the time you get notified of activity UPS has already walked away. But you can always review the recording to make sure nothing weird happened. It's cool to be able to answer the door when your away from home. Having the Ring Video doorbell gives us peace of mind 24/7. For the price I think everyone should have one. I couldn't live without it now after having it.

This video doorbell does it all. I heard about it on a podcast. A snap to install, tweak settings, and use. My answer to expensive, contract security systems. I love the motion detection feature and the ability to speak with person at the door via my phone from ANYWHERE. I mounted it on a wood plaque to cover an old intercom box.

Installation was very simple, along with set up. Kit comes with everything you need. Works with Alexa. You only need to recharge it once every 6-12 months.

I like the Ring camera’s a lot. I would, however, recommend upgrading to the newer model bc this one you have to take the whole doorbell face off to charge rather than just taking out battery. It still does the job and definitely Worth the money (was on sale for $65 and came with an Amazon echo).

RING is awesome!!! I thought I would would love it but wasn’t sure but in this age of front porch delivery its a must have!!! There is some latency in regards to time to answer versus time they rang the bell and some back lighting issues which is out of Ring’s control. Again so worth it. We will definitely upgrade in a few generations and this time I will buy the top end model of Ring has! If you want to get your foot in the water without spending a ton you cant go wrong with this one. If you have some means and a lot of porch deliveries I would buy the top end RING you can.

This is a great way to view who is coming to your door without opening the door. You can even view and speak to whomever is there from a remote site, so no one has to know that you aren't home. I have seen some reviews that mentioned that a thief or a scammer can tell that they are oncamera - that is a good thing, not a bad one. I want this to be a deterrent to anyone standing at my door who shouldn't be.

I live in a duplex so it it wonderful having peace of mind when packages are delivered. I think having a Ring video would make a thief think twice about stealing.

This is probably the best item I bought for Christmas!!! It makes feel safer in my own home knowing who is at my door without going to it! I have had one of my five children buy one already and loves it as much as me! One of my other children will be buying one when he can afford it and also my sister. I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know,,, it is very easy to install so anyone can do it!
