I’ve been using the Ring Wired Doorbell Pro (3rd Generation) and overall, I’m very satisfied so far. The video quality is excellent, the two-way audio works clearly, and the motion detection has been reliable. Installation was also straightforward. The only downside I’ve noticed is a slight delay in receiving notifications when someone is at the door. This may be related to my internet connection, which I am currently working to improve. Once I optimize my network, I will update my review to reflect any changes in performance. So far, it’s a great device and a solid addition to my home security setup.

This doorbell is awesome!! So fast and the picture is super clear. The fact there is no battery involved and its just hardwired is a plus. The doorbell looks sleak and the installation only took me around 15 mins. The mini chime was easy to install as well. Don’t hesitate to upgrade to this beautiful doorbell!!!

Easy to install and works great! Video clarity is awesome. Allows you to zoom in and see amazing detail. Definitely worth the upgrade.

Pros - Nice upgrade from the previous version. Camera is improved, and the doorbell looks much nicer Cons - The transmission and notifications seem to be slower. The doorbell "chime" that is included sounds bad.

Had this installed last week. I have been playing around with the features while I’m still on the 30 day AI trail period. I like how the app will announce when someone is standing at the door or has left a package at the door and didn’t ring the doorbell. I’m gonna spend a few days trying out the facial recognition feature to see how that works. Otherwise quality is top notch and clarity of video is excellent both during the day and at night.

It was a great gift for our son for Christmas this year. He really enjoyed it. He really needed an update for his older Ring. We tried to get it through Amazon, but they had major problems trying to get it to us and had to issue a refund to us. In which, we turned around and used it at Best Buy and got it in less than a day. While we were there we got an another Christmas gift for my wife’s mother for tv. Thank you, Best Buy for getting us out of a bad jam. We will definitely back.

I recently upgraded from the original Ring Pro to the new Pro 4K, and the difference is immediately noticeable. The video quality is incredibly sharp faces, packages, even small details are crystal clear. Motion alerts are faster and more accurate, and the HDR handles lighting way better than before. Setup was quick, and the app feels smoother. I also appreciate the improved privacy features. Overall, it feels like a premium upgrade that actually delivers.

We recently upgraded our Ring doorbell to this one, and we’re thoroughly impressed with our purchase. The setup process was incredibly straightforward and quick, and the doorbell itself functions exceptionally well. One of the standout features is its motion detection capabilities. Unlike our previous doorbell, which would trigger alerts for every slight movement, this Pro model is more discerning and doesn’t alert you for even the slightest breeze. What I particularly appreciate about the Pro version is that it not only detects motion and alerts you but also continues to record the rest of the time without making it an alert. In terms of security and price, the Pro model is undoubtedly a worthwhile investment. I highly recommend this model over any other options available.

Video quality so much sharper than the old model this replaced. We’re used to having the ring for many years do when the old one got busted it had to get replaced. Looking forward to the better quality

The camera takes a while to load, and I think the image quality could be a little clearer. It is worth considering a lower-quality option to get the clear view I'm looking for, but I still have to try out the microphone and speaker to see how good they actually are.

Like the zoom and the camera well. Gives a wider view.
