A great converter to use in a computer system that has HDMI connections for the monitor. With the gold ends you get a better connection for a better picture on your monitor.

my device didn't properly fit to this device so I had to return it but it was a very sturdy component and if it would of fit my problem of transferring a T.V. signal to my old dell monitor would of been solved.

works, looks nice, cheap, really shiny the cheapest alternative for my ps3(you can send audio out bout av and hdmi at same time). was nice having my ps3 on my lcd monitor and pc speakers :P

DVI to HDMI adapter worked perfectly for plugging into the side of the laptop and running a DVI cable to the monitor. No issues whatsoever.

I had to give a presentation and my computer only has a hdmi port. As suspected, their tv did not have hdmi. It hooked up fine and saved everyone from crowding around my computer.

All metal. has some serious heft to it. Definitely a solid build and high quality construction. Surprising really. Worked like a champ.

Needed to transition from DVI tyo HDMI. Worked fine. Only issue is that the monitor is 2560x1440 and I can only get 1920x1080. Still not sure if it is the connector or computer.

I've purchased other adapters for less money but they just don't seem as quality as this unit. If you are doing presentations and you want a secure connection, don't skimp...get this one.

Normally these adapters are corded. This one is not. It works well as a space saver, but you could have problems if the machine has overhangs around the video sockets.

Needed an adapter to bridge time until my new monitor was coming in. This guy was in stock (but not in the computer section).

The reason for three stars is the design of this is flawed. I bought this for a computer that needed a HDMI and VGA plug, however the monitor only had DVI. Problem came in when I plugged in the VGA and then tried to plug in this adapter, it would not fit both. Thankfully I was able to use it with another client who had a video card but for anyone who has onboard graphics with a VGA and HDMI close together DO NOT buy this adapter

Was hoping this would solve an issue connecting a second monitor to a new pc, the monitor is old so I needed to convert the dvi to hdmi and this did exactly that!

My original adapter broke and in the virtual times we are in now the rocketfish helped out tremendously. Easy fit and easy use.

Very simple to use - nothing to configure, just plug it in. Also relatively inexpensive when compared to other options. Looks a little gaudy but oh well... it works.

This item is a simple plug and play. You just attach your computer screen wire to the Rocketfish and turn it on. Works beautifully.

Rocketfish puts a high standards product. Hard to mess up an adapter but this one is perfect. High quality metal and performs flawless. If you need a DVI to HDMI converter this is it.

I plugged this into a monitor that only had an HDMI input to connect from my DVI cable. It works! Remember that DVI does not carry audio through these adapters though.

worked as expected. I connected the monitor to my HDMI docking station with ease to allow me to use multiple monitors
