This case has a rigid cover to protect the screen of the e-reader. When it's closed, the cover sits against the outer frame of the kindle so it seems to not apply pressure against the screen. It's a perfect fit to my kindle touch.

This is more of a universal fit which works well for most devices but with my paper white the teeny tiny power button is just recessed enough that it takes a bit of aim to hit while in this cover. Everything else about it is good though. Sturdy front and back, the elastic band that holds it shut stays put and the elastic clips on the inside hold fast to my paper white. The velcro colored tabs that come with it to signify which device is which if you own more than one are in the bottom of my junk drawer.

The only cover I could find that actually fit the 1st generation Kindle I still had. Snug and provided the protection I was looking for.

My family has three kindle paperwhites and this cover with removable color-coded tabs allows us to easily distinguish among the three. The cover is easy to hold and the elastic band holds the protective front cover in place whether it is opened or closed. Highly recommended.

Bought as a present along with a Kindle. It's really easy to use and does provide some protection. Makes the kindle feel like a book which is a bonus to me since my fiance loves books. Got it mainly because that was all there was in store, but glad I did because it gets the job done. Didn't feel like it was worth the money spent because there's nothing fancy about it but again, this was the only one available in store. Doesn't wow me or anything just covers your kindle and makes it feel like you're holding a book. Using a light with it is quite easy as well.

Because this case is not made specifically for one product, it allows more flexibility in use. My son is using it for his Kindle Paperwhite but can move to another tablet if needed. It provides the protection needed and keeps the Kindle secure. On the downside, closing the case does not place the Kindle in sleep-mode, like some of the cases designed for the Kindle. You need to actually place the device into sleep-mode manually to save the battery.

I would recommend this cover to anyone looking for a nice cover that will last and is easy to open & close.........I love it...

Price is reasonable. The product is so necessary it should be included in the basic purchase. Use your kindle without it at your own risk.

Bought this for my son's Kindle. He can use it easily, and it protects it nicely. I wish it came it some fun colors, but he liked the different color tabs that can be added or removed to the front to personalize it the way you want it, or to have other family members recognize their own Kindle. Good quality and price.

The only thing I would say is that it took 5 different Best Buys to find a cover for the origina Kindle (not Fire, etc). I live in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area but was unable to find one here - found it in TUL. Overall I'm very happy to have a cover that fits and protects my reader.

This is a classic looking cover that is customizable so that you can tell a difference from others like it. The easy to peel off velcro tabs make it unique and easy to use.

It is exactly what I was looking for and it was inexpensive.

Fits well to the kindle and take up little room in a bag.

I haven't dropped Kindle yet, but cover doesn't add that much bulk.

I was looking for inexpensive protection for my Kindle. This was the best I could find for the price. I don't really get the colored tags - they're advertised as being able to tell the difference between the Kindles of various family members. First, I don't think a family would have many of the same device and if they did, I doubt that they would all get the same cover, but I appreciate the effort (although the velcro on the tags gives out easily, and the tags fall off!). There's an elastic piece that you can slip your hand through to hold onto more easily. Would have liked being able to choose a color of the cover - black is too hard to find sometimes.

It is a great hard case for my Kindle Paper White. Looks sharp, & protects when bumped or dropped. Love the color coded tabs but would have preferred a colored case in a bright cheery color.

This case has been on my Kindle for the past 18 months. It goes out in a shop, to the beach & fishing. The case is durable & protects my Kindle from the various environments. For $10 you can`t beat it.

The My Way E-Reader cover is lightweight, but provides protection which is more than adquate for my e-reader. Although it was made for Kindles, it fits my Kobo well.

This cover was exactly what I was looking for. The cover is reasonably priced and provides great protection for my Kindle.
