I used Best Buy in-store pickup, and it was a super easy and fast process. I was able to put in the order, pickup the TV, put it together, get all my channels set up, and start using it all within a couple hours.

Very smooth and easy and very respectful people helping me on the phone and in the store.

At this stage of electronics the picture should not stutter, it should not stop and 20 seconds later start up, it should just stop and have to reload roku to home and start again. The speech and and video (movie) should be in sync. Very disappointed in the tv. Had to return the first as it had a large grey football sized area in the middle of the screen. Going to return this also and get a regular tv. The roku sticks are much more dependable than the Roku TV.
